This is an amazing little printer! It was incredibly easy to set up and I thought I would try it out by printing an image, I am in awe of how fast this label printer is ( and I was only on the med speed setting) and the print quality is great! It is a nice compact size, and does not require ink and is compatible with a wide range of thermal sticker papers. It is perfect for my small sewing business for shipping labels and logo stickers and any other label stickers I need. Absolutely happy with this! ... show more

I was excited to get this. Unfortunately my excitement quickly faded when I tried using it for the first time. The instructions for the printer simply tell u how to connect the cords, THATS IT. As if it couldn’t get any worse the app is a mess. The app seems like it was put together by a student & the few tutorials on the app are less than 30 seconds & play at 3x speed with no way to slow down the video. I’ve only tried printing labels two separate times & in that short span I’ve reached my breaking point with this printer. I bought this to be a convenience but instead it’s just turned into a giant headache. You might think Youtube or Google would bring up some results for how to operate this printer, no luck there as well. Save yourself the hassle & buy from another brand new. Don’t get sucked in by a discounted price like I did. Oh & how did I forget…. If u do manage to get a label printed don’t celebrate just yet. On the majority of labels the lines of the barcode are blurred together & unlikely to scan ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m guessing I just got the defective one off the shelf because it will not take the paper, no matter how many times I turn it off and on, unplug and plug back up it will not take the paper. I even waited a hour and tried again same problem. I’m gonna return it and try a different brand. This sucks ! Update: Seller did reach out to me and offered a brand new printer which works perfect!!! I am changing my review from 1 star to 4.. ... show more

It does different sizes and shapes, is compatible with pirate ship.com which makes shipping a breeze with a store like Etsy! I like that it can do fan folded labels or rolls too, plus it’s so cute!!
