Never received a working filter. Would not recommend buying. Filter was leaking from the media. Build quality was very poor. 2nd filter they sent had a bowed body. 3rd filter they sent had a leaking seal. At this point all I can say is that the product quality is poor if I cannot get even one working item. Seller refused to refund. Not value for money as a result, obviously. ... show more

Very easy to plumb and setup, and after finding out how hard our well is, we simply increased backwashing intervals, and haven’t had any problems! Fighting against manganese, radon, and several other well water issues. It’s slim and hardly takes up any space, nothing leaks, making it very functional and actually helped with our sporadic water pressure issues. Worth every penny as it’s going to last 10 years or better. No chemicals , softeners, or anything else make this one a no brainer! ... show more

Just bought their Elite model for my house and it has a different screen with less features than it shows in the pictures on here. I’m hoping it works well as I just had it installed and when I went to program it I realized the screen is possibly an older model.
