DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought it, used it maybe 10 -15 times, motor switch broke when I tried turning it on. Called and spoke to the owner several times and he knew it was a problem so he said that he would send me a new motor. Called and spoke to him several times. NOTHING!!! Never received anything! I have been texting him for almost 2 years off and on, nothing!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anything goes wrong, oh well!!!

I am so glad that I purchased this misting fan. My wife and I were looking for something sturdy that would keep our large deck cool while we have guests over or for just enjoying our morning coffee, and this product was truly worth every penny. It’s been great. I hoped it wouldn’t be loud or leaky, and it wasn’t like that at all. Everyone can easily hear each other around it. We’ve stayed outside on the deck longer than we normally would because of this fan. Even our dogs love it. We’ve enjoyed having it for other uses, too. My daughter wanted to run a lemonade stand in our front yard, so we rolled the fan out and locked it into place while she sold her drinks. The next day, we used it in the front yard so my wife could have a cool spot for garage sale shoppers. There are two controls on the unit — one for the fan and one for the mister. It kept the area cool, even when someone did not want the mist on them. I highly recommend this fan for anyone looking for a portable, reliable, and quiet way to keep an outdoor space cool and comfortable.

First make sure all the parts are there. Compare them to the assembly video. I was missing washers and had to go get some. Look for all the parts, look in the tank for parts and instruction sheet. Keep instructions for operation but they are useless for assembly. Watch the video while assembling. You will need one more socket for assembly. A very large one. When operating the fan and mist the fan needs to be in an upright position, not tilted in any way otherwise water will pour out of the basin below the fan (see photo). And you can't have the mist on full blast because drainage will not keep up. Make sure the drainage tube is not kinked otherwise water will not drain back into the tank. There is a tube leading into the tank that was severely "pre" kinked so it didn't drain. I've somewhat unkinked it but will probably have to get another tube from the hardware store. Depending on the hardness of your water, you might want to use distilled water in the tank so you don't get white spots on your bricks or whatever your patio has for flooring. When placing the fan in position, the ground needs to be level otherwise it will roll. There isn't a lock on the wheels. A doorstop will work. And it's loud, very loud. Louder than I expected it to be. I'm going to keep it since it would be next to impossible to disassemble and send back, in the 3 boxes it came in! Would I recommend this for home use, probably not. The noise from the fan is the main reason.

Misting fan was delivered very quickly and was in great condition. It came in 3 boxes that were clearly marked as to what was in each box. It took me 20 minutes to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The fan is sturdy and will be perfect for under my awning for parties and outdoor dinners. I like the variable mist control and ease of moving the unit around. I will probably use it on lower settings for dinners and turn it up to max when a lot of people are on the patio. It says it can last up to six hours on 1 fill up. We have a party this weekend so we will see how it goes. I will update the review after this weekend on the run time.

ASSEMBLED IT YESTERDAY, THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ARE USELESS, THANKFULLY THE VIDEO WAS EASY TO FIND WATCH AND USE AS GUIDE. SINCE THEN THE MISTING HAS WORKED INTERMITTENTLY TWICE AND NOW NOT AT ALL AND LEAVING IT ON HOPING FOR MIRACLE RESULTED IN TRIPPING A BREAKER TO MY OUTSIDE PLUG, NOW TRYING TO FIND THE BREAKER.. OH AND THERE IS ONLY ONE SPEED ON THE FAN , HIGH, NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER YOU PICK, AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY NOISIER ,SO "SILENT" IS VERY FALSE ADVERTISING, IT WILL HAVE TO BE A VERY HOT DAY IN THE DESERT FOR US TO USE IT AND ENDURE THE RATTLE, AND THAT IS IF I DO NOT ASK FOR REFUND Ok so I got quick response from company and they offered a refund or to send replacement parts , the pump got water into the mister but I had to replace misting plate as well and now it is working fine, still very noisy for a relaxing break in the heat but it is a keeper , amending to 4 stars

When the box arrived to my home it was a little damaged but nothing to be worried, then I started opening box by box and started to see more damage in the inside boxes, never found instructions and the parts were not as brand new, (one of the extension tub has corrosion). When I contacted the seller he told me there was no way it was an used product and that they require pics from the hammered boxes (by that moment I already box them and sealed) so I told them there were no instructions and he told me to open a YouTube video to follow instructions ( it’s a pain in the elbow to stop, rewind, stop, rewind and try to see parts, etc) so I told that I want to return the fan and I was told that there’ll be a few of 150 dls for that !! What !! There’s no advice of that when you buy it !! So, I sent another text to have printed instructions and never heard back. DON’t BUY !!

It was easy and fun to assemble. The instructions and pictures were well written. The adjustable misting feature works nice. It moves easily and has a locking front wheel. It is not loud so you can have normal conversation or read a book. I run it on low speed and it easily covers 400 sq ft. It's water usage is very efficient. A filled tank will last 12 hours easily. I added ice as suggested in the assembly instructions for the chilled breezy mist. This misting fan works as advertised. And it is not an eyesore.
