If I could give it a zero, I WOULD! Bought one around Thanksgiving. I charged it. It lit up but the wheel didn't move. I went back and forth with the company thru email. They asked if wires were attached. They appeared attached but I wasn't taking the housing apart to see. No resolution. I returned to Amazon and thought it must be a fluke with the high ratings. Bought another. It arrived today. I charged it and it does the same thing! I reread manual to make sure I wasn't missing a MAGIC SWITCH. NOPE! Wheel doesn't move! No more isinwheel for me!! The media could not be loaded. Nice little scooter for my 6 year old niece. She loves it. It has to speeds to choose from, green which is slow and red which is fast. You just double click the power button to change speeds. The battery life is ok so far because my niece only rides it for about 20 minutes then is onto something else. We charge it after each day of riding to make sure the battery lasts as well. So far its working just as it should. It's made pretty good, just take your time putting it together. The screws for the kick stand are a little tough to get in. I ran the screws in by themselves a few times going in and out to keep from stripping the threads. Other than that, it took about 20 minutes to get it together. My niece gets excited to ride it and thinks its a lot of fun so thats good for me. Great gift and she's happy. The scooter has to be pushed and moving before you hit the accelerator to get it to engage and start going. The light up wheels and base of the scooter looks really bright at night as well and my niece gets super excited about it. Its a nice little scooter for beginners. ... show more
