So I waited a few months to write my review. But holy you know what!! This had been the best scooter I've EVER owned and this is my 4th one. 1. The size. I'm 6 foot 5 with size 15 shoes. The handle bars adjust to make the ride perfect! The deck is wide enough foe my size 15s!! 2. The ride. Oh my, the rude is so smooth it's crazy. Even with the nobby tires it's great!! 3. The speed...ok...now this in my opinion MAKES THIS SCOOTER A TOP 10, maybe top 5. With the different gears and power buttons, I've gotten up to no joke 45-50 mph, and I'm 268 lbs. The breaks can stop u on a dime! And last but not least the charge. The last 3 scooters I had I couos take it out for a ride maybe 4 or 5 miles and had to come home and recharge. This bad boy, I can charge on Monday ans fo the whole week with out a charge till the end of the week ans honestly that no really necessary, as you can still have a little battery left. I just like to jeep a good charge. So for the money. It is second to non. And the power, when u hit the power button and both motors the front and back are engaged, watch out and hold the heck on!!! All in all I thought itbwws gonna be a generic scooter but boy was I surprised...I recommend it to anyone looking for a fast scooter that has a lasting battery u can probably get 25 30 mines outa it. I don't like to write reviews but want to warn people. DO NOT order this scooter, or deal with these people that are selling these. We ordered 2 of these scooters last November to have at our vacation home in Vermont. We were not able to ride them until the spring because the weather at the time in vermont wasn't suitable to try them. When we did try to use the scooters one scooter did not work at all. We were back and forth with customer service, and if you can imagine they expected us to remove the foot plate and repair it ourselves. They tried to brainwash us that it would be easy. We spent an entire evening while on vacation trying to take the foot plate off but it did not come off. We are in our seventies and it doesnt seem real to have to repair something that has never been used. We had to bring the scooter home to Canada and drive an hour to a repair place to fix this thing. At $100/HOUR for the repair I had to pay $400.00 for this fix. There were 2 wires broken. One in the main harness and one in the controller. The refunded me only $150.00, and sent new wiring and controllers that couldn't be used. Dont waste your money. These people are sketchy and you are dealing with china!!! ... show more

This scooter is beautiful and so much fun to ride! It has head lights, tail lights and turn signals and functional colored lights on the platform which makes it even more fun to ride! Assembly was easy and this is a solid scooter. It has large tires for riding on smooth or rough surfaces and the battery life is amazing. This scooter has many additional options, several gears so the power is fantastic! This can easily go 30 to 40 miles an hour safely with a helmet on. I had trouble with the charger and emailed the company and got an answer the SAME DAY! The Customer Service is as good as this scooter. ABSOLUTE TRASH. I rode it for 10km after tightening everything single bolt, screw and nut. The handlebars never sat straight in relation to the front wheel. The welds were atrocious. It was fast though for the 20 min we rode it. When riding through a field at 2mph, the metal body that holds the wheel in the front (swingarm?) clipped a small rock, and spit out the front wheel/motor assembly. The scooter was totaled after this small impact. I had already been in contact with the seller, because THERE IS NO BLUETOOTH APP for this scooter. I wanted to change from KM to MPH and to also see what percentage my battery was at. But you cant do that. Anyway, they gave me the runaround and told me to send pictures and videos. I had requested a return, and so the scooter was already back in the box. I had the pictures, but was not unboxing again to take a video. I was very disappointed in my $900 purchase and just wanted to get my money back. But.... I was charged over $100 for a restocking fee, and was not refunded the shipping charges. I lost over $200 on this scooter, when the fault that made me send it back was extremely dangerous and could have got someone hurt or killed. Dishonest seller, overall shady practices with a very unsafe inferior product that they do not stand behind. Be prepared to get hurt or lose money if you buy this. ... show more

I had a problem with one of the gauges on my scooter a couple of days after it arrived. The manufacturer was more then helpful in addressing the issue in a quick and courteous manner. The scooter its self is awesome. Quick take off and extremelyy fast. It goes up to 50mph but 45mph was fast enough for me. To many pothole in the road. The head lights are extemely bright and lead the way well at night as well as making sure that you are seen by other drivers on the road. Responsivedisk braking add to the security of knowing that this scooter can take off quickly and stop on a dime. Your eyes will be drawn qickly to the multi-colored lights throughout the body of the scooter. This is a must buy. ... show more

Arrived in good time. However, after assembling it and testing it out. The front wheel motor was not working. Scooter was throw an error code E04 - communication error straight out of the box. Initiated a return. Hopefully, the seller can just replace it but I haven’t heard anything back yet.
