Downsized to a two burner stove, so instead of having a tea pot on the stove, this has been a great alternative. The water boils quickly, has a light that will turn on when you begin to boil and turns off when boiling is done. If it doesn't seem to work at first, make sure your wall socket hasn't blown out. My new rental has the kind where you have to reset it, thought the product was broken at first. Once it was reset, the water boiled very quickly!(dependent on how much water is in the container) Follow the instructions provided to clean before actually using, it's quick and takes under 30 minutes! ... show more

This little kettle hits of water very fast the blue light that it produces when it’s on is somewhat helpful if you’re putzing around in the kitchen and haven’t been paying attention so you don’t accidentally knock into it when it’s still hot. Only thing I wish it would’ve done would be to make a chime or buzz when it was done boiling but all in all, that’s a very minor sort of issue. ... show more

Seriously… best purchase I’ve made for my transition from nursing to formula. This thing works well and such a time saver. Also super cute color and great price. Works well for other things like boiling water super quick for cleaning purposes. Just get it!

    • Doesn’t have temperature control
This hot water pot is fantastic. Heats to rolling boil in minutes. Only drawback is no temp control; I don’t like to boil my tea leaves so I have to watch the pot and catch it just before the rolling boil. If it had a temp control I’d give it 5 stars.
