This small scooter is easy to use, I assembled it myself, it has a long lasting battery even in when it sits in the cold garage, it remains fully charged. I use it walk my dog since I cannot walk far anymore, I have seen more of the neighborhood since riding around. There are two things I would like, one I can fix, I am going to look for mirrors to see behind me. The next item is this scooter does not have shocks. I slow down when approaching uneven sidewalk sections to not take a big jolt. I did add 'back tail lights' by adding a head set light. The light on front is powerful and you can see anything when in use. Love it.

I got this scooter because I cant walk long distances due to a disability and want to walk my dog. I got the one with extended battery. It got delivered in a few days upon purchase. It was packaged good, no parts were damaged. It was simple to put together, I was done in 10 minutes, and I took my time. It took 8 hours to charge and works great. It goes pretty fast in my opinion. Very nice. Beyond expectations at this price point. Seems well made, we've had it out quite a bit, and still haven't run the battery down. I've taken the arms off the seat, and I added the decal.

this item is perfect for what I need. I have sciatica with a bulging disc. I bought this product so I can go to parks, walk my dog and occasionally going to an amusement park. I’m 65 and thought that it would be more difficult for me to travel and walk at a distance, this item is perfect. I moved. It’s not that heavy that you can’t get it with a little assistance into a truck or a car it does fold for easy accessibility. I am 190 pounds and this was perfect for me. I had no issues I love the way it turned around I give it five stars. Good luck guys.

Seems to be a good product, haven't used it a lot yet. Support is slow. Arrived with three bent bolts (out of the three required) . Of course just a phone call won't do...have to take pictures and email them, then...WAIT... I have a cruise in a few days, maybe they will be here by then, if not I'll have to buy other ones and make them work. On the plus side, it was easy to assemble, everything is working as it is supposed to. Fed Ex was a little slow...was shipped right out but it took just as long to come the last 200 miles as it did the first 2600. ADDED 11/9/2025... VERY PLEASED. Took it on a 30 day cruise from Seattle to Alaska and back to Miami. Handled EVERTHING I could put it through...definitely would say BUY THIS ONE!!! Oh yeah...Finally got all the bent bolts replaced. Of course it was while I was gone...
