During the family gatherings on Christmas and Thanksgiving, my wife usually prepares her famous Green Bean Casserole, often whipping up a triple or even quadruple batch to accommodate our large family. However, she has a bit of a challenge with the 9 x 12 Pyrex baking dish, which simply couldn't hold more than a triple batch of her delicious creation. Determined to find a solution, I scoured the internet for a larger Pyrex or casserole dish, but to my dismay, I came up empty-handed. I discovered the Hongbake Lasagna Pan—a generous 10 x 15 non-stick baking pan that seemed perfect for our needs. I quickly placed an order and was thrilled when it arrived just after Thanksgiving. For our Christmas dinner, my wife utilized the new pan to bake a quadruple batch of her beloved Green Bean Casserole. The results were outstanding, and I savored every bite, enjoying the fact that we had plenty of leftovers for the next few days. Or at least, that was my plan. Unfortunately, my grandson was quick to get to the casserole and made sure to claim his share first! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Don't buy this pan. Coating is coming off after 2 uses. Not even using extreme oven temps. The oven hasn't been higher than 250 degrees fahrenheit and noticed it started bubbling up. Considering throwing it away
