This small scooter is easy to use, I assembled it myself, it has a long lasting battery even in when it sits in the cold garage, it remains fully charged. I use it walk my dog since I cannot walk far anymore, I have seen more of the neighborhood since riding around. There are two things I would like, one I can fix, I am going to look for mirrors to see behind me. The next item is this scooter does not have shocks. I slow down when approaching uneven sidewalk sections to not take a big jolt. I did add 'back tail lights' by adding a head set light. The light on front is powerful and you can see anything when in use. Love it.

This product is wonderful. There was minimal assembly, and the directions were easy to follow. It works fine is small spaces and handles bumpy terrain pretty well. I’m glad I overcame my reluctance to purchase this type of device. I now get to see my grandkids football games every week.

The item was weighed so that I can transport it on the hitch of my vehicle and it was heavier than described. Customer service is being stingy and won't refund my money and hasn't returned the item to me. I payed $280 for shipping and they have basically stolen the time from me as they are not refunding me or returning the item. Stay away from this company.

My wife and I purchased this as a gift for my father because he has Parkinson's and shakes a lot. Also he cannot use his walker there with the grass and sand and rocks. we brought the scooter and we could not keep up with him, he had a wonderful time. He absolutely LOVES his new scooter and he uses it all the time. He said he don't know how he ever got around without it! Absolutely well worth the money. Now when we all go out he can come with us no matter where we go.

Well made, but with two issues: First, it does not turn nearly sharply enough. Fairly simple fix was to grind off the stops in the steering system, but this could and should be corrected at the factory. Second problem is with the throttle. It is "soft" on start-up, a good feature, but then will surge to a faster speed with seemingly no connection with throttle position.
