I bought this shirt for my son to wear on Easter. He's 15 and wear a size 16-18. I bought a size 16 and it fit perfectly. I am sure he won't get more than one use out of it since he will likely outgrow it next year and hates to wear button ups, lol. I loved the quality and price for a Tommy shirt.
