This scooter is very sturdy and reliable. The deck plate is extra wide and allows me to stand, the front tire absorbs a lot of the shock so the ride is smooth. I like the waist-high handlebars. This is a sleek, fast and brightly lit scooter. It is great for carrying in the trunk for day trips and for use around town.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We bought this and not even two weeks of my son using it ,(he bought with his birthday money ) it stopped working. We thought it was the charger not working so we bought a new charger and nope not even with new charger it doesn’t charge .till this day seller has not resolved my problem. All they have been doing for the last 5 days is making me do troubleshooting, something that we did even before contacting them . They won’t replace it or give a refund. My son pretty much gave his birthday money to them for a piece of trash. Please don’t buy from them. No solution what so ever .it makes me pretty upset on how this ended for my son.

Very smooth ride. Starts up very quick. One foot push off and get up to 9 miles an hour very quickly. Also it is compact. Fits in the back seat of my car for additional trips. To build this unit takes 10 minutes for screws that's all. It is worth the price. Adults will enjoy the comfort.

Literally a month after I bought it, it broke. I left it plugged in overnight to charge, and the next morning it wouldn't turn on. I tried calling for help, but no one was helpful. Their recommendation is to buy a new battery to see if that's the problem. I should send it to them, but they'll charge me for shipping and return, plus the cost to fix it. If you make the mistake of buying one of these, please get insurance because you're going to need it. My neighbor bought two of the same ones and has had the same problem a month later.
