I couldn't be happier! I am a very hesitant buyer, especially with pricey things. This scooter, despite not having the 2 front headlights I assumed it'd have lol, is More than I expected. The power is absolutely insane. One issue I had, I overtightened the turn signals and basically broke them. BUT NO WORRIES. I contacted customer support immediately and without hesitation ON THE SAME DAY they said they'd send me 2 new ones! I couldn't be happier. The lights on the bike are ok if ur going under 20 at night, above that though I'd upgrade for sure. And I'd definitely suggest street tires, anyone know where to get them? Lol seriously, don't hesitate on this if you're interested. You're gonna get your moneys worth and customer support is impeccable! Assembling was a bit of an annoyance though, having to tighten everything on the handlebars, but it allows you to set them where You want them. Its all easy and straight forward. In 20mins you'll be riding and saying what I said "holy *****, this is lethal!" lol ... show more

I love this scooter, it’s fast fun all the above. In the first month of ownership the volt meter stoped workin, one head light stopped working those two things bother me very little I’m sure simple touble shooting would solve it, let’s talk range.. you will get 60 miles out of it doing a crawl. You have several model options for wheel control and speeds, personally at full power 10-15 miles maximum goin about 25 average spd I personally got a tab over 30 miles and this was on a gravel canal path takin weekely on the scooter about 20 mile round trip, the brakes are good not great they send extra for a reason.     • Will Not Move After Only 7 Months - $1,550 Plus Tax Down The Drain

Ok so I bought 2 of them. One of them stopped working after 7 Months.... The scooter will charge and all electronics work, it just will not move. After many emails and videos sent the factory in China, they think it is a brake sensor or control board. Said they would send out, but never received and have not heard back from anyone. Also tried to do a whatsapp call however they were not available. China is 12hrs difference which makes it even more aggravating. The right thing to do would be to, refund my money or send me a new one for my aggravation and downtime. Will Update if that happens ... show more

This scooter does what it says it comes with all the tools needed . I purchased mirrors for it and the tools fit the mirror assembly also. Easy to assemble out the box . I really enjoy the seat attachment. Feel like driving a motorcycle!!!!! Too fast for sidewalks

This works as advertised, my 500mile 120 day review is as follows. Right out of the box, setup is easy. And straightforward. As far as speeds and battery health. Mine reached 48mph top speed with me as a 260lb rider. The battery lasts between 20-30 miles when riding aggressively. All the lights and buttons functioned properly. And continue to do so. Issues to look out for The handle bar nut likes to loosen up. (I check it every ride and it’s lose) Other bolts tend to loosen up over time as well, so every 4-5 rides I’ll check every major nut or bolt. The little key mechanism seemed to separate itself on mine. But it still functional. Biggest issue I’ve had so far. My girlfriend was riding mine, and the front brake caliper just fell off. (The bolts came loose) My thoughts, it’s 100% worth what you pay, aftermarket and replacement parts are weirdly plentiful and cheap. I’d suggest going through the scooter on first assembly, and put lock tight on all Major nuts and bolts. This should mitigate most the issues I’ve experienced. Buy one, rip around and have some fun! ... show more
