This thing is huge (not in a bad way , but not to huge) I upgraded from a 500$ scooter , at that price it’s too low for a scooter (for me still expensive because of my budget) but for a decent scooter you definitely have to pay 1,000 or more, I am glad I found this around this price range because it is very beautiful and performs excellent in my experience it rides very smooth , I’ve gotten it up to 36mph but I think it can go faster , because it has 3 categories and 3 gears, I use it at eco mode and 2nd gear and can still reach 30mph , sport is crazy !! You barely touch the handle and it jumps , I don’t use it to scared for it lol. I have 1 week with this and so far no problems unlike my last scooter problem after problem with the back wheel then at the end died within 2 months… the day of this review I took it out and put 120miles on it just to really stress it since I was using it lightly. I can say it’s solid and a great purchase , definitely 👍🏻 if you buy it while you wait read the guide pdf they provide very useful . UPDATE: Amazon is sitting on my returned defective product that was falsely advertised and refuses to answer the question as to WHY it has been in their possession since January 11th and I have yet to receive my refund! Do not buy this defective product! Immediately out of the box this scooter catches your eye and gets compliments. Easy to assemble the handlebar assembly to the stem. The app downloads in Chinese and it takes a minute to figure out how to switch languages. The wheels were not 10" as described they were much smaller which makes stability an issue at "higher" speeds. Very light and easy to pick up. First actual day riding was two days after delivery and it showed an error code already. I continued to ride for a few days on that error code before it simply would not go and I had to push it two miles up hill in the freezing Colorado temps. Tried the website listed on the owners manual and it doesn't exist. Same with the email listed below that. Called Amazon and asked for return, they said they would pick it up next day from work since I have no way to get it home from there. I'm 51 miles away from the delivery address. 3 days have passed and Amazon has yet to pick it up off the dock at work where it is taking up valuable space not to mention I can't purchase another until I get the funds returned to me. The media could not be loaded. Wow this scooter is fast! But be careful. With both motors on it flies out from under you lol. I tried going above 15mph on a smooth paved road and got a lot of scary wobble. The back tire went flat within a month. I barely had 15 miles on it. It's a very smooth comfortable ride. It is on the heavy side but manageable to get on public transportation with it if needed. I needed a scooter that can handle the tough bumpy streets of Atlantic city. This exceeded my expectations. I waited over a month to write a review so I can give honest quality feedback. I got way more than I expected for the price. The headlight doesn't tighten enough to keep it in 1 place. So it's always moving. It could definitely be brighter for the scooter size. The app?? Well the app doesn't connect easily to your phone and scooter. The app didn't change any settings on the scooter like it should. I would constantly have to shut on and off my Bluetooth to keep connection. It's a pain so I gave up on the app completely. The handle bars don't give you much room to add any extras. The width is slim to fat. So I've returned 3 phone holders and 2 cup holders due to not fitting the handle vars. Eventually I just taped my cup holder to the frame lol. I can't fir a mirror on both sides because it's not enough space. To sum everything up it was an easy put together from the box, battery last a long time! I've went 15 miles without charging over a week long period to still have full battery. (It was a test). Well the battery has succeeded my expectations. I do wish they offered a seat for this scooter. Because it goes so fast. I ride on 1 motor and 100% power and only ride up to 15mph because it's so powerful and feels so much faster. If your thinking about purchasing it's definitely worth it. 1 year warranty offered as well. This was a gift to myself for my 40th birthday. Being a woman driving around the streets of Atlantic city I get a lot of looks and EVERYONE asks where I bought the scooter. To the point I get sick of people asking me 😂. I got an 8mm thick chain lock sold from Amazon for about $10. I forgot to mention the amazing light package. Looks sooo cool at night. This scooter gets me where I need to go quickly and SAFELY. #1 Importance is safety and feeling safe when riding. My old scooter caused 2 crashes when the handle bar folded down at full speed mid ride. Almost got hit by a car. This scooter has a safely latch so that doesn't happen. I hope others enjoy this scooter as much as I have and buy it after reading my review. Can't wait to repair the tire so I can get back to riding!! ... show more
