I have had this adjustable base for a few weeks. Yes it is worth the price. I have a cat and looking at other beds I was concerned. Pictures under the bed showed wires and modules on the floor. This bed does not have that issue. Every wire is bracketed under the base. The ONLY wire hanging out is the one you plug in. The remote is really well made and very responsive. It also has a STOP button to stop any moment immediately. The vibration comes in three levels of intensity and is actually really good, especially on the back. I used a 12inch hybrid mattress i already owned with no problems. The height adjusting legs were very helpful. It is heavy. But all the adjustable bases are heavy. UPS delivered mine with no issue and was easy to put together. This is such a great base we are thinking of getting another one. ... show more

I purchased this adjustable frame for my elderly mother. It’s a solid frame…very sturdy. Upon arrival it was damaged during shipping (see photo #1). Upon contacting Amazon the seller replaced the item and I had it within 2 business days. a few things about the frame: as you see in pic #2 up near the head there is a bump. That’s where the frame lifts and I thought it would be super uncomfortable but my mom says she doesn’t notice it. It lifts smoothly and quietly. Also the adjustable legs are amazing to make the height to what she needed. I noticed upon looking at the first frame and the second replacement frame; the frame itself was the same quality; but the remote to the second frame seemed like a newer version than the first one; also the metal bar at the end of the bed that keeps the mattress from sliding off was different, and the placement of the lifting motor was on the opposite side. None of those things impacted the quality or usability…I just wondered if the first frame was an older version? So far my mom has used it for about a week and she really loves how she can elevate various areas of the bed for sinus issues or leg /foot discomfort. I really am glad I went with this frame. Also the under bed light and memory settings are a great feature. ... show more

    • They don’t set it up. Mattress not that comfy.
This bed is great for the price. Very comfortable. But Buyers should be aware that there was no set up in room as indicated by the details, maybe it depends on where you live. There is no way to add this at check out. Haul away was later, not the same day. Update: after sleeping on this for awhile now, I have to say the mattress is not all that comfortable. I had to purchase a topper and I’m still not happy with it. Will most likely purchase new mattresses and that takes away from the savings of buying online. Update Jan 2025: I contacted Amazon and asked if theyu would exchange the mattress? they ended up refunding the whole thing, without returning the bed. Now that’s customer service! I will be ordering a new mattress. Easy set up basically put the legs on, plug it in and set the remotes. Mattresses fill out very fast. Glad it was 12 inch. And has adjustable leg height. Wonderful bed! If you buy a split king, be prepared for the mattresses to separate. There are no side rails to keep them in place and avoid the canyon that forms in the middle of the bed. We had to purchase a bed band to keep everything in place. The mattress is very comfortable. Frames are very heavy and sturdy. You will need help to move them, especially up stairs. Adjustable base is fabulous and fits in our king frame. For the price, definitely worth the purchase. Would buy again ... show more

I love this adjustable bed base! I have only positive things to say about the product itself and how it's packaged to arrive safely. I will mention, however, that I was not notified about when it would be delivered and was super lucky that I happened to pop home for lunch and was there when it was delivered so they could put it in the garage (since we're in winter and it would have otherwise been subject to the elements). Also, in the off chance you think you're very strong, you might still want to have a strong friend (or 2+ ready to help you bring it in and set it up. I got the CalKing, and it's VERY heavy. I needed 2 guys to bring it upstairs and install it for me, and they struggled. Once it was in place, it's been just what I was hoping for and the quality is excellent! ... show more
