I have only had my Roomba a week, but I love it! It was easy to set up. It initially ran a mapping sweep of the house. I set up my house map on the app, labelling the rooms. You can set up smaller areas to clean like by the back door. It does a great job cleaning, going back and forth in a tight pattern until the room is covered then goes around the perimeter before proceeding to the next room. It has a long run time, about 2 hours. When finished or full, it will return to the charging station where the contents are suctioned up into the bag in the waste container. This is a bit loud, like a vacuum cleaner, but only lasts a few seconds. I don’t have carpet, but it cleans the rugs by the doors well. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

Going 4 stars. I've had to go over areas it's gone over because it missing things like grass clipping that get tracked into the house. Granted it's on steel grate style rubber gym mats. Not sure how much that has to do with it. I'll have to test it against my old Rumba which of sworn by for close to a decade. If it suffers from the same issue. Cleans hardwood floors decent, gets stuck easily on any floor transitions. Quality could be better on build quality. Needing any assistance from iRobot is near impossible, any returns be prepared to pay for hefty 97.46 to return to iRobot. Going back to shark for ease, customer service and excellent warranty / coverage of shipping and free returns. ... show more

    • Overall nice product but not worth what they charge.
There are pros and cons of this product I think for pros. It works really great to get up most of the stuff on your floor. It also gets really close to the baseboards and it can fit under things that you’d rather not bend over backwards to reach the cons Are any hair will get wrapped in the brushes and you have to clean it constantly. It will also run over really small object so if you have small children you’re constantly having to pick up small items so that it doesn’t get stuck in the vacuum and I feel like it stopped working as good as it did before the longer we’ve had it day one there was not a single bit of dog hair left on the ground , it’s been now three months or more and after it completes its clean cycle, there’s still dog heart left on the ground along with a little bit of cat litter. Which I don’t expect it to be perfect so for me that’s OK I just usually spot clean after. ... show more

Had an old Roomba that was not strong enough. Bought this and it does a great job picking up the hair from both our dogs, plus the spills that I create. Love that it stores the contents in a bag automatically and let's you know when it is time to empty.

This is the 2nd Roomba that we have bought. It works great and is so much easier to use than the vacuum cleaner. Takes up very little space. Love the self-cleaning feature. This one is quick and easy to use than the last one.

Got this to replace another iRobot Roomba. This one has been running okay. It has a couple of glitches. It seems to keep losing connectivity to the camera so it won't vacuum. But other than that it has been running well vacuums good and I would recommend it.
