    • Doesn't avoid my 3 inch ledge.
I really like this Roomba, but my problem is with all of them, they go off the 3 to 4 inch ledge in my Kitchen to my Addition, and it gets stuck there. I have to block off the whole entry way. (Used to be a sliding glass door.) It's a pain in the butt, but if I want the kitchen cleaned and not have the cleaning interrupted, I have to block it off with objects. I've tried changing the cleaning area to less of the kitchen, but it doesn't matter. I have it on automatic timer and so when I come home it's stuck over the edge. It is hard to block everything off, because it's hard for my husband to get through there during the day. He doesn't like it blocked off. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great!!! ... show more

    • Misses a lot of debris
Poor pickup on hardwood floors. The brush is rubber not bristle and leaves much to be desired. Our old model of the same brand is way better! Sent this new one back.

    • I5+ roomba, works good but app features suck
Works fine, like my old roomba. Only problems were in the app. Internet connection problems, install on app problems. Also thr mapping features are less then other roombas in the same brand. Can't mark no zones with this i5+. Really sucks.

    • sure what to do. I have had people tht have similar ones and they can’t do it either.
No directions on how to use. Such as mapping the rooms, going around obstacles so it doesn’t get stuck. If you like straight vacuum lines, this does not do it. It’s been a while since I bought it thinking it was user error, but no.

I received my I5 vac back in December as a door price at Christmas party. A month ago I started having issues with it. Sent 3 requests for help through the product app. Never received a reply. Called in and their tech determined it needed replaced. Got an email later that day saying I needed to send in the receipt in order to get the replacement. I had filled out and turned in warranty registration on this unit in Dec so it is under warranty. I informed them I don’t have a receipt and crickets. Haven’t heard anything from them. Recap: 1) Got unit in Dec sent in warranty registration. 2) 9 months later it doesn’t work. 3) No response from product support from app. 4) Tech tells me it non-repairable needs replaced. 5) They tell me 9 months later I need a receipt for a product that was registered. Even if I had purchased, who keeps receipts for a year?? Poor Product, Poor Customer Service! ... show more
