Did it get the wheels to go with storage bin. This is why I wanted this particular one: Update: after no one contacting me from the website or phone number of company,(I suppose they get alot of emails) I looked through the questions and found out other people had missing items and customer service was answering there questions and gave their emails to contact them to replace parts. I was answered within an hour and my replacement parts will be here in 7-10 days. The container itself works for me personally. The lid is a little flimsy but I am okay with that. I can wheel it were I need to when I need to. My dog food stays inside so I don’t have to worry about bugs and so far it keeps his food fresh. (I have one I purchased prior) Update: after not receiving my wheels after 10 days I emailed Jackie back and she processed the wheels for me herself and sent me a tracking number as well. . Actually, I could use 2 of these great plastic containers and will probably order another, since only half the bag fits in one container. My wonderful rescue had a likely awful life most of her first couple of years as she was found abandoned in No. California with numerous old scars, likely incurred with other stray dogs. Since she is pretty food crazy, I have had to keep her on a diet for the last year and a half. The first day after putting the dog food in the bag and locking it, she sniffed at it, but walked away from it when she could not get into it. I have used mine for food storage while moving around in college and for food storage for horse grain. It works well and has a decent airtight seal, we haven't had any issues finding bugs, mold, or animals inside our containers even though we have them outside and exposed to the elements. The one complaint I have is that the hinges often some apart, they snap back into place fairly easily, but the fact that they separate with minimal pressure is a drawback for me. ... show more

Couldn’t find any local dry food containers for my dogs that were airtight! Only the ones you store household stuff in or cans. These have a seal, on rollers and hold the 50lbs bags of dry dog food. Have 2 Great Danes and a Cheweenie. These work great. Recommend!
