Absolutely the water you should be drinking. I actually did a water test and Fiji water is pure and you would be terrified at what I found in regular purified water like from Big chain grocery stores. Also, just an additional point. I used a fabric steamer and they suggest using bottled water so it doesn't clog up well. I had been using Fiji water for it. Never had one problem with it. I am an avid connoisseur of spring water. I have tried to many excellent spring waters. Fiji has the best taste of any in my opinion. My only issue is they go too fast because it's hard to open the fridge and not grab one.
