It was very easy to set-up, although I suggest finding a "how to" video on line. The video's were much easier to follow than the instructions. Unfortunately my inflatable cover had a pin hole in it and it lost air until I was able to identify it and patch it.

    • Warranty claim impossible hoops
Stay far away. Our pump started leaking after 8 months. Tried to file a warranty claim and first the instructions talk about 1st, 2, 3rd, 4th warranty claim which is a huge red flag. Now they denied the claim because we need proof of delivery. Amazon is no help sending me to the “3rd party”. I have sent a message so will see. ... show more

Was awesome for the first year then had problems, and YES we did take very good care of the tub. So we took it down and drained all the water out because we were doing ceramic tile in our sun room where the tub was. After finishing the tile and setting back up, a week later we noticed water all over our tile. What happened was where the drain is located at the bottom of the tub, the seal that keeps it from leaking kinda chipped away and allowed the tub to leak.
