Was awesome for the first year then had problems, and YES we did take very good care of the tub. So we took it down and drained all the water out because we were doing ceramic tile in our sun room where the tub was. After finishing the tile and setting back up, a week later we noticed water all over our tile. What happened was where the drain is located at the bottom of the tub, the seal that keeps it from leaking kinda chipped away and allowed the tub to leak. If you are looking for a therapeutic hot tub with jets to massage neck, back etc, DO NOT BUY THIS! It’s an expensive bubble bath. All those 100+ jets are tiny little holes in the bottom of this inflatable that bubble up from the bottom. Bought, started to set up and immediately requested refund. Sorry, just spend the extra and get a real one. Lesson learned. ... show more
