Just put this up and have swum in it twice already. You definitely need two people to finish putting it up, but you can start with one person. I filled it to the line like it says, but I didn't expect the water to splash out of the corners the way it does. It's not terrible but just unexpected. One other unexpected thing is the cover. It has holes in it designed to prevent water from collecting on top, from rain, I assume. Mosquitoes are a big thing here, and I wanted the cover so they couldn't get to the water. The holes aren't huge or anything, but they are enough for them to take over if not cleaned out on a very frequent basis. Speaking of the cover, the darn thing gets HOT! When I pulled it back yesterday to get in the pool, I would swear I could have made a cup of hot tea with the temperature of that water! That said, I used a telescoping pole to mix the water, and it evened out with the cooler water on the bottom. Just be aware of that. The instructions were pretty straightfoward. The pump came with some extra pieces, so that kind of threw me off for a minute, but everything came together just as it should have. I didn't use the talc powder they recommended for putting the poles in the liner. It was pretty easy to put in place until the weather started warming up. That made the vinyl warm, and it became a little difficult to put them in, but it still didn't make me use it. I do wonder if it will cause a problem when I try to take it down, though. Last thing, you'll get an update that it shipped but no updates after that until you get a call from a delivery company that they are ready to deliver it. Overall, very happy with it and would highly recommend.

Got this for the wife & I, 66 & 64 years young. We received the pool on 8/4/22 but were told it would be delivered between the 5th & 15th. "Pleasantly surprised". We also ordered the pool maintenance tools. Everything arrived in a very timely manner, undamaged and nothing missing. "Pleasantly surprised". The wife and I set up the pool on a concrete slab surrounded by the lawn. We put down an extra tarp, then a painters drop cloth and then the the tarp that came with the pool. Nice and protected bottom. While assembling the pool we found it easier to insert the corner pieces as we went around. It held together better for us. Everything was straight and level as we started filling the pool. In the meantime, we got all the pump pieces and assembled all that well before the water level got near that level. We had no problems with the liner creasing or folding. The only concern I had was as the pooled filled higher and higher, the side frames continued to bow in more and more. Looked very awkward and not right. I was afraid that the curvature would dislodge the joints. But as it got full of water the bow in the side frameworks got less and less. There still is a bow... acceptable...but nothing like there was. We were in the pool enjoying it as it filled up. It took 7 hours to fill. Day 2: the pool made it through the night. I turned the pump back on and we are back to enjoying it in this Reno, NV heat. Very "Pleasantly surprised"!

Good pool going on 2nd summer uses. When first set up had a small pin hole leak not sure it it was from us or them. It did come with a patch kit. So was easy to fix. The ladder is junk but works. When you set it up lay sand 1/2-1.5 inches so you are flat. Then a heavy duty tarp. This will help with flat bottom. Also upgrade the filter to a reusable one.

I have had this pool now one full year, 2 Summers. I do not have any major complaints about this pool. The first time assembling it took a while but once we figured it out, it went smoothly. This Summer it was easy to assemble. The disassembly in the Fall was not too difficult or time-consuming either. A couple of minor things I wish they would improve upon if possible is making it easier to store for those of us who live in cold climates. All of the bars and the liner itself take up a lot of storage space in my shed. The other thing is to have some sort of directional attachment on the discharge vent so the water could be directed to the bottom of the pool to help with circulation. The location in our yard that I chose had to be leveled off with sand that was compacted. Then I secured an artificial turf grass from Menards on top of the sand. This year I have had an issue with the pump not pushing water out. This issue just happened within the past week and was running fine until then. I contacted Intex and they will hopefully be sending me a replacement motor unit per the warranty. This is a good size pool if you are limited in where you can place it in your yard. I like the rectangular shape.

Great small budget friendly pool. Easy to set up if you read the directions (they are confusing and could be a lot better) and lay everything out BEFORE beginning the assembly process. I strongly recommend finding you tube videos and watching before hand as well. The ladder holds up for the first couple of weeks of regular use then it's so wobbly you just know it's going to collapse any second. I'm currently looking for a cheaper/sturdier one on marketplace or ebay. Also, like others here, I recommend getting the intex skimmer for above ground pools. It helps tremendously!
