The PointZero Airbrush general purpose airbrush kit with mini compressor is suitable for airbrush applications using light-viscosity spraying mediums such as tattooing, cake decorating, nail art, or crafts using thin paint. Package includes an Elite-55E compressor from PointZero Airbrush and PZ-260 airbrush set. The PZ-260 is a premium dual-action, internal-mix, gravity-feed airbrush with a 7cc color cup and a pre-installed 0.3 mm nozzle set designed for sharp detail by creating spray patterns varying from hairline to 1-1/4". Its needle backstop allows you to pre-set the trigger travel, helping to produce consistent line widths. The Elite-55E compressor from PointZero Airbrush delivers approximately 25 psi of air pressure (0.4 CFM) and is designed for intermittent use; it requires a cool down period of 15 minutes after 30 minutes of continuous operation. It operates on 12 volts DC using the provide AC wall adapter and includes a detachable 6’ nylon hose with a standard 1/8” BSP fitting. It is a lightweight (5 lbs.) oil-less airbrush compressor that delivers excellent power. Rubber feet protect your work surface and minimize vibration. Boxed set for easy setup includes an Elite-55E air compressor and PZ-260 airbrush, barbed hose connector, paint pipette, nozzle wrench, and instruction sheet. I got this for doing weathered/gradient leather dyeing. I had to take mine apart and reassemble it because a spring was installed wrong, but worked perfectly after that . My only minor gripe is the short runtime. Recommended run time is around 30 minutes, and you do notice a loss in pressure around that time. I like the airbrush but it seems like it likes a good brand of paint. If the paint is cheaper there is a lot more mixing involved. Easy to break down and clean. Seems like a decent little compressor as well. It's been about 3 months and Ive had zero issues with it.

ADDED: Sept 8. Compressor failed as so many others have mentioned here in Comments. The vendor (MIX WHOLESALE) wants me to pay shipping for another unit. I do not want another of these compressors as they have big problems. I have changed my rating to 1 Star. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! ORIGINAL REVIEW: It got me in the air brush game. Great value. My models already look better. Get one - but expect to also buy an air brush cleaning station and a portable spray booth. Hahahaha I'm serious. My spray painting with a can of paint always looked terrible. This airbrush is so much easier, with great results. UPDATE: I received a replacement unit - I still had to pay $6 shipping charge. The replacement worked for about 2 weeks and then the switch died. I was able to swap switches with the first failed unit (it had pump failure according to my tests) and I have a compressor running again. But for how long? I admit I was bottom shopping, and the airbrush is very nice, but I really have lost trust in Amazon's reputation. The compressor is clearly a flawed product yet they allow it to be sold on the Amazon site? BTW, while fixing this lemon, I found the internal AC wiring and soldering to be a damned slop job - appalling and maybe a fire hazard? THIS COMPRESSOR WILL FAIL FOR YOU TOO - sooner or later. ... show more

    • You pay for what you get
Ok so I’m been air brushing cakes and models for years now unfortunately I sold my air brushes long time ago , and the ones I bought where over $150 dollars one of them was duel very nice . Ok so I read the reviews and there all really bad on this set , so I bought anyway cause it came with a very weak compressor and for 10mins of spray time the compressor needs 15mins of cool down time and it’s a weak compressor trust me .Ok what I learned was all the reviews where user error so first air brush comes ina very nice box and it’s only needle is 0.1 which is very pin like it’s not a wide fan it’s precise cause that’s what air brushes do ! It’s not a paint gun which so many people think it is wrong! Now the reviews said it wouldn’t even spray well here is there problem 1 you have to pull back and push down the trigger to make it spray if not then you have a bunch of people complaining it doesn’t spray . 2 when you mix the the paint your using you have to do a 1: to 3: ratio so let’s say you have a shirt you want to customize and you have your glass jar you take 3mil of paint that you want put that in your mixing jar now you take 3 drops of thinner and you mix it all together now if it isn’t like a milk consistency then add another drop of thinner , now it all depends on the paint you using some let you use water but when you spray it in plastic or glass you actually can scrape with your finger nail but with thinner you won’t be able to scrape it so easily what ever paint you get make sure you get the thinner to match . Now pour it in the gravity fed bowl and spray away if it doesn’t come out or in blotches the you need to ad one more drop of thinner every thing you need comes in this kit except thinner . And you can spray away this little gem did a great job it worked fine for me just needs the upgrade compressor that Amazon sells for 35 dollars then you be all set but remember 10mins of spray them shut it off and give it 15mins of rest or get a fan and face at the compressor to cool it down faster . Now I have it 3 stars cause the fact is this isn’t a duel , duel stands for gravity fed and siphon fed which this can’t do cause I tried the bottle and it was not pulling the paint into the brush ... show more

Es mi primer aerografo y me parece facil de usar, desmontar, limpiar. El compresor se puede usar por 30 minutos y luego se debe dejar enfriar por otros 30 minutos. He usado pintura acrilica barata, diluida con disolvente hecho por mi, siguiendo instrucciones de videos de youtube. Tambien lo he usado con lacas y primers, y siempre y cuando se diluya bien todo, este aerografo puede con todo. Eso si lo limpio cada vez que termino con cleaner tambien hecho por mi. Pueden buscar instrucciones de como hacerlo en youtube. ... show more

A professional would probably hate on it. I have never used an airbrush before so once I got through the learning curve it worked very well for what I needed it to do which was some light model painting.
