Great dog pool! Our guy (95 pounds) loves to swim. I didn’t know if this would hold up to his strong sharp paws and claws, but the price was right so we gave it a try and I’m so glad we did. It’s been a couple of months of daily use. He jumps, dives, and kicks off the side and everything is holding up great. We change the filter about once a week because he sheds a lot of hair. New filters are pretty cheap, so we keep half a dozen on hand, but also reuse the hairy ones after hand rinsing them and running them through the dishwasher. We built a ramp up from the exterior and the frame supports the weight just fine. Bought portable pool steps for him to climb out and dive from. Added a couple of hooks to handle lattice to stop him from swimming when it’s not time. Very pleased with this purchase.

We had a small spot to put a pool and this was the perfect size. I doubted the 45 min listed time for put together but honestly, it only took 45min. You just need to make sure your spot is flat and then the connections go together super easy. Follow the directions! When you get to the last connection, you definitely have to do as the directions recommend. We had no liner issues. There are no wrinkles in the bottom but it took a little bit of work. I highly recommend filling the pool with a few inches of water and then push out the wrinkles, then finish filling. Definitely wish it had a sand filter but we will upgrade if this pool survives the winter.

My family had one of these when I was young and now that I have my own daughter, I knew I had to get one for us. They've changed a little in the past 12 years but this is definitely the best "big purchase" I've all year! The only thing I don't like is the ladder - the one they used to come with had a platform at the top and now they don't. My concern is if someone were to slip, they will land right on railing of the pool (God forbid they already have one leg over to get in cuz....ouch...). It makes the ladder feel a little less stable without that platform, too. But the quality of the pool itself seems to be just as good as I remember - the last one held up for 10 years so I'm hoping I can get this one to last at least half that! The last one did get a few leaks over the years but they weren't hard to patch. It does take some time to set up and it is IMPERATIVE that its on level ground. Take my advice and don't just eyeball the ground and assume it's level. I learned that the hard way. Even with it empty, there is no real way to shift it easily without tearing it down and reassembling it. I do remember that it does take a few years (setting it up a few times) till you get the hang of it but once you've done it a few times and you know your ground is level, it's really not hard to put up. The pump isn't the greatest but I'm sure you can upgrade it if you'd like. It definitely suits the needs of my family and if you want something better than a kiddie pool but can't do a "real" pool, I recommend one of these 100%!!

Unsafe product. Recall in effect. They offer a poor repair/fix for the problem. Totally unacceptable. Since your initial emails explaining the problem I have come to the conclusion that I would not have purchased this if your “repair/fix” was recommended at the time of purchase. As suck the fix/repair is not acceptable now. I have disposed of the pool at the dump after ensuring it was no longer a “pool” capable of any repair. If Amazon wants to make it right then refund my purchase price. I am out of a product you sold to me that was never safe for use.

This pool was a lot bigger than I thought (which is a good thing for me!). I purchased this because it came with the filter and the pool cover. However, the pool cover doesn’t fit. Also haven’t tried the filter just yet, but it’s so small that I feel like it’ll have to be upgraded at some point. The pool cause super easy to put together and doesn’t require any tools.

3.5 stars. I bought for the conveniance of the package. The pool itself is great, better than expected. Id spe d a little more and buy itmes individually next time. Save money and time overall not having to buy all accessories twice. The ladder is not sturdy, I've upgraded the ladder to one with a platform. The filter works well, but leaks. The tarp underneath is thin amd tore setting up. I've used a solar cover all summer, finally open the cover to winterize the pool. There are large holes intentional all over. It defeats the purpose of the cover if dirt, leaves, and debris are going in anway.
