If I'd have known I would've bought 2 of these first. Great price. Will make great game storage. I'm running x570s mobo(gen4) with 5600x and 32gb of 3600mhz ram. By the way both these drives are going through the 570 chipset if that makes a difference. Blessings.

This is probably the best bang for buck during the current excess inventory workdown. There are cheaper options but they are dramless and not from branded companies. I bought 2 of these, one from another retailer that is named after something that ryhmes with peg and another one from AMZN. Both used in enclosures to back up laptops. I just bought a new computer, which came with a 512 GB M.2 solid state drive. I wanted more space, so I upgraded to this 2 TB module. There was only one connector for an M.2 device, so I had to copy by boot drive to a second drive, then swap in the new M.2 module and copy the boot drive back. The whole operation worked fine.
