I got parts marked A though Q but, I have no hardware , nor do I have assembly instructions. I am most displeased. Addendum : The manufacturer says that the hardware was shipped separately and, that I should be patient. I've consented to be patient.

This thing came in so many boxes to start. I put it together over the course of 4 hours. After assembling it didn’t end up fitting. We still used it though, then comes this year I went to check in it after we didn’t use our pool all winter and most of the metal was rusted out.     • Glue will not support heated water. Too long to heat spa.
The tub looks the part, until it slowly unglued itself and leaks air. It’s a 3 month tub if you keep it hot. If you don’t keep it hot it’s 24 hours to reach normal tub temp. The company warranty is horrible it’s like they haven’t heard of any problem already? While it’s working it’s enjoyable.
