  • Well worth the price.

Inland SSD’s are perfectly fine for most builds. I have mine in a mid-high tier build and it works great.

  • Not Short Lived
I did some further investigating, there was a photo editing software that I had downloaded and was using causing the computer to shut down. Most have been a driver/software conflict as my anti-virus program didn't pick up anything suspicious. Since Un-installing it, I've not had any issues. I bought this 1TB drive on Sept12, 2021. As of today, Mar4, 2023, I cannot keep the computer operational for more than an hour without getting a blue screen of death. The ad says there is a 6 year parts and labor warranty. I will be trying to reach out and activating this. I've even done a Windows reset to ensure there was not a software conflict. Until this past few weeks, it's worked great for the mild gaming and daily work I utilize this computer for. ... show more

Style: Platinum Capacity: 4tb
I recently got this as I’ve recently built my own gaming PC (thanks to friends help) and with all the games I’ve downloaded plus the weekly updates I quickly ran out of storage space. I got this in 4TB and for the price it was ok not gonna lie it hurt the wallet a bit but compared to all $ I dropped building a PC oh well. It works fine my only issue is that it does not come with a set up guild. Lucky for me I have 2 friends ( Dave & Justin ) who have helped me and now I can help you in return. After installing this in the mother board usually behind a panel near where the graphics card is installed. Type format into the bottom left search bar, that will bring up a page with SSD cards that have been installed, right click the SSD you want to format, it should have base settings already filled in the just click format and your SSD is installed. Yep it’s that simple I felt kinda silly after installing it but with out help I would have had no way of knowing how to Install it hopefully this will help someone as it has helped me. ... show more

  • Perfect for game storage
I have a Sabrent Rocket 4.0 500GB for my OS, and I was using one 2TB SSHD and one 2TB 7200rpm HDD for game storage. I wanted to get my games on an NVME and I started looking around. This one by Microcenter kept coming up and the reviews were very positive, so I pulled the trigger. Speeds are great for a Gen3 PICe drive, I had no issues installing in my X570 Elite's secondary M.2 slot. Using the heatsink that came with my motherboard, I am getting temps in the low 30's at idle, and upper 40's/low 50's under load. Not too shabby. Performance is great, games load much faster now. When faced with the choice of a 2TB SSD from, say, Samsung, or a 2TB M.2 for around the same price, to me it's a no-brainer: Go with the faster drive. UPDATE: Was concerned reading all the one star reviews about failure shortly after buying. Two weeks of daily use, and roughly 1/3 full, and readings are still quite good (see pics). ... show more

  • Great upgrade for value
Use this on my GPD Win Max to upgrade the standard SSD for more space while keeping at minimum of the same speeds. Worked like a charm and the speeds are on par with what's stated. As this was only about $5 difference from a non-nvme drive went ahead it paid a bit more just incase moved this to another system or those few scenarios that boost of speed would make a difference, I would not recommend these in enclosures as external HDD as these types of drives get hot fast as well as components are very exposed. Update: So this time decided to get the Inland Prime 1TB NVME PCIe for another notebook. And just with a $9 differnt in price it was so much worth it. Read speeds on par but Write over stated value which for my work is definitely wanted and needed. ... show more
