I bought this to replace my HTVRont DTF D1 printer which died after 14 months. Prior to purchasing, I made a list of my exact needs, nice to haves and not needed to buy another printer. My decision points were based on Price, 12" width prints, good reviews specifically around the white ink mixing unit, YouTube videos for maintenance guidance and the ability to buy my supplies for the printer on Amazon verse importing from China. I went with the Printer & Laptop, so my setup was an absolute breeze and I love having a laptop dedicated to printing. I either download from Canva or pull from my Google Drive to import the image. If this is your first DTF Printer, the setup may seem daunting but it is a great way to familiarize yourself with the unit for any maintenance you need to perform. Pros: Great Price Point incase I face the same longevity issue again, Easy to Use, Can use DTF Roll or Sheets. As I have some DTF Letter size sheets, this was a plus so I can use that stock up. Print image clarity is exactly as expected, which is great for the price point. Cons: Which are not a deal breaker for me, but should be noted. The Fan needs to be on when printing and it is loud. The print speed is slow. I am not mass producing with this printer, so not an issue for me and the dedicated laptop helps with this. I have not needed customer service yet, but was clearly provided contact support information incase I do need it. Lastly, my review is based on my usage over a few weeks. My usage is DTF Printing every 3 days, anywhere from 3-6 DTF's on my printing day. I may occasionally use it more, but I never go more than 3 days between prints unless I am on Vacation, which I learned from my last printer is critical to avoiding maintenance issues/needs. Even if it's a strip of three 4" wide images for Tea Towels for later use, I am sure to print. ... show more

First i want to start off with customer service WOW! They are amazing. and the Machine is so easy to run. Thank you So much Cherry . But I hate that you have to go through 3 programs to get it to print I have wasted so much film that I feel like I should get one in return . And the settings you use for one photo might not work for another ... show more

After nearly 7 hours and three techs later, my printer is up and ready to start printing! Crushable jumped after three hours and was able to take it across the finish line.
