I tried to wait before reviewing this printer but I couldn’t wait. I’m so excited about it! THIS IS IT!!! If you’re looking for a great printer at a great price, this is it! It prints beautiful vibrate colors. The software is pretty easy as well. The maintenance is very minimal, I try to print at least a shirt a day and I haven’t had any issues. Here are some prints from the printer. ... show more

    • Very disappointed
Review Image by Melissa Ross
Seller was messaging daily asking if I had gotten it set up, I told him I was out of town so I hadn't got to try to yet. Set up for the printer is a nightmare. It only half works and where seller is china their times are different then ours to get help so you have to download a micro team for live chat. Printer has had issues since I got it hooked up. Got 5 prints out of it an when I turned on for daily maintenance sunday it made a couple swipes an light turned red an while on computer trying to get help the white ink cartridge exploded everywhere. I ended up having to download another site and let them go in my computer to try to help with issues. They was unable to fix to I at first was trying to get a exchange but it only gave me refund option. When seller contacted they at first wanted to give me 300$ refund an me pay to ship back broken printer. I refused then they offered a 50% back of my money an me pay to ship old one back. I refused they stopped responding so I contacted customer support. I explain situation they took action quick got my refund. Also to add ups said it would cost me over 300$ to ship back the junk printer an accessories. I do not recommend this seller. ... show more

    • Update:
Update !!! I must say once I got the team to assist me it was great. But the end results was I had to end up returning. They made sure they kept in touch and sent me a full refund and allowed me to keep the oven just for asking. Thank you Cindy, Daniel and the Punehod team for making things right. Im bout to try again I have had the worst experience ever with this printer. I was originally sent blank USB drivers after 2 days I was sent more drivers that i downloaded about three times still didn't work. I got in touch with support we were in a chat. When I would tell them what was happening I would have to wait at least 10-15 minutes between each correspondence. We finally got on teamviewer, was on there the first time for 4 hours nothing. Got back on the next day for 5 hours. I gave him access to my computer he then downloaded a different driver didn't work of course. Downloaded a another it WORKEd!! Well I started to attempt to print it would only print a 4th of the design and stopped. Tried this several times and finally gave up. Very disappointed. I was so excited. They say 24/7 tech support believe me it's not. There is a FB group about this printer. People trying to help each other due to not getting help from support. I found out I was not the only one with major issues with a 2300.00 printer. They have made a whole page about this printer not working really???. Hope this helps to keep you from all the frustrations I went through. I have requested a refund. ... show more

Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed help troubleshooting, their support team has been there to walk me through it step by step. They respond quickly, are patient, and genuinely care about helping you get your printer back up and running. The printer itself produces great-quality prints, and knowing I have such reliable support behind it gives me confidence in my business. • Glad I bought it!
Works great! This printer is decent size, works great and customer service is amazing. I had small issues at startup and some issues throughout the leaning curve and the customer service reps had a prompt answer for me every single time. They’re very attentive and knowledgeable. The printer itself works (after my questions were answered.) Very glad I purchased it. I bought the oven bundle and it works well. Only problem is you’re limited on the size due to the oven size 17” at best, but still a great printer. Customer service follows up and actual helps! Printer is what I expected and more. Perfect for small spaces and small businesses. ... show more

Review Image by Fidel Miranda Mojena
