the printer was easy to set up. produces great quality prints as soon as we were able to figure out what was wrong. the first time we set it up, we did a bunch of test prints and it was coming out blurry, desaturated, and blotchy. we tried to do so many trouble shooting with no success. we finally got a hold of their engineers and they helped us figure it out within 30 minutes! now the printer works great and i have been making merch non stop. my only gripe is that the driver they sent to us to fix our problem should have been included in the default drivers that the printer comes with. thank you to oscar and cindy for all your help! great printer for home use. 100/10 would recommend! ... show more

Made very well , had some issues on start up... error lights...the down fall was having to download all these messenger apps just to get tech support. Ended up figuring it out on my own.so didnt find support helpful, I explain the issue and tell them what's happening and they ask the same questions I already explained. Works great! This printer is decent size, works great and customer service is amazing. I had small issues at startup and some issues throughout the leaning curve and the customer service reps had a prompt answer for me every single time. They’re very attentive and knowledgeable. The printer itself works (after my questions were answered.) Very glad I purchased it. I bought the oven bundle and it works well. Only problem is you’re limited on the size due to the oven size 17” at best, but still a great printer. Customer service follows up and actual helps! Printer is what I expected and more. Set up was difficult because it didn’t come with 2 flash drives like the instructions on the site have but after some research and getting it set up, I love it! Literally came with everything and was delivered earlier than expected. Still figuring thing out but overall great buy.
