InkBird is awesome and I’m really glad I have this. I haven’t burned a hamburger or served a raw steak ever since I got this. It comes with four color coded probes, a large easily readable display, and a simple to use app, all at 2/3 the price of a Weber product. Plus, this is Wi-Fi enabled, instead of Bluetooth, which means your range is wherever the Wi-Fi network reaches, rather than about 15 feet with Bluetooth. The probes work really well, but if one breaks, replacements are reasonably priced. This is a really great grill tool and even comes with a magnet to secure it to your grill. Ok so I decided to give this device a try as I am an InkBird snob and I decided I would compare it to my Anova. The device out of the box is huge compared to my Anova which is no big deal, it was very accurate straight out of the box and worked amazing!! Things I didn't like about it is 1. Setting it up on wifi was not easy with my Android phone so I had to use my IPad which is bad if you don't have an iPad and 2. The clamp that secures the unit to the container is not very well designed and it doesn't feel sturdy when attached to the container. All in all for the price difference in this and the Anova I would totally recommend this device however I believe there is a lot of room for improvment!!! ... show more

Bought my BBQ4T in November of 2021. Overall, I LOVE this product. With the Wi-Fi connection I can be almost anywhere on my property and still track my cooks. Only downfault I have is that two of my probes are reading incorrectly. You cannot get the cables wet apparently. The battery charge lasts for a very long time as well. ... show more

Just purchased the Inkbird Sous Vide and used it for the first time. It worked great. Easy to set up the app, and set the temperature for what you are cooking. Several pre-programmed options for cooking different items. With the built in wifi on this unit we were able to have the Sous Vide in water ready to go and turn it on before leaving work so it the water was ready when we got home. Once the water heats up, this thing is rock solid at keeping the temperature steady. Over the course of our 1hr 30min cook I checked the water temp 3 times with an instant read thermometer and it was within 1 degree of the setpoint everytime. To me, that is spot on. I would definitely recommend the Inkbird Sous Vide to anyone looking for one! ... show more

Recently received this and couldn’t wait to try it out. I’m beyond impressed! Pairing with my phone was easy and worked flawlessly the first time I tried. The app is super easy to use. The unit heats the water up to my desired temperature much faster than my old Anova unit and the app is much better as well. The instant read thermometer that came with the unit is great. This unit really helped me step up my game on my smoker. Often I have or 4 items smoking at onve, and having 4 probes helps tremendously. The fact I can check temps and not get up until it's time for me to moisten or wrap makes being able to work and cook at the same time: PROS: Ok, surprisingly this has been very accurate. I checked it against 2 other probes I have and this has been dead on. The interface is easy to read. The alarms and options or combined option of setting a timer as well as maximum temperature per probe really helps with cooking different pieces of meat to different temps. The fact that if I need to run out for something at the store I can monitor things right from my phone. Awesome! Battery life is also very good. I have done 16 hour smokes and the unit is able to handle this length of time with power to spare. CONS: Very few. the phone app isn't terribly difficult, but takes a minute to get used to. Read the instructions and things will be fine. One thing to note is to ensure you plug the 1/8 mini end of the temp probe into the display completely. If not you can get either no or a weak signal and not get accurate data. OVERALL: Well worth the buy. Between this and my hand probe, I am very satisfied. ... show more
