The size is fantastic,there's plenty of room for the kids to play and splash around while my husband and I can actually sit in it and relax too. The 22" depth is ideal,it's deep enough to feel refreshing and very safe for our younger children. Setup was straightforward. We used our own electric pump (just a note that you'll need to provide one) and it was inflated and ready in just a few minutes. 3 layer inflatable chamber design, It feels incredibly sturdy and maintains its shape perfectly once inflated. There's no sagging or bending on the sides,it feels secure and reliable, which is so important with excited children jumping around. it's held up well after several days of use in the sun. We haven't had any issues with leaks.
