I am giving this a 5 star, as it is a great starter kit. You will obviously need additional items as you continue to enjoy your hot tub, but this is a great do-it-yourself starting kit. Has all the essentials and a fairly easy to use guide.

I saw a lot of review stating that the product is too expensive or doesn't work. For aluminum and paraben free products --these are a no brainier. Chlorine products just don't sit right with my skin and bleach treated hair, so I saw a TikTok video on AquaDoc products, stating they were from the USA, and they work well as a chlorine alternative, so I gave it a shot. I had a hard time early on figuring out how to balance the inflatable spa water (make sure you get inflatable spa version AquaDoc chemicals if you have an inflatable spa), and emailed AquaDoc. Was a little annoyed they didn't have a phone number, but I realized after writing an email that they respond quickly and accurately. I got 1v1 help from a representative and they explained everything to me and took the guesswork out. They started an email chain so I can continue updating them until things are set up. Love it, will buy again, beats any other chemical. Purchased: Inflatable spa treatment chemical kit $99.

Poor instructions for a first time hot tub beginner person. Only 10 test strips - that was disappointing - when learning it takes more strips to get the hang of it. I have to go out and buy more.

It’s like buying a set of Tupperware, there are 3 pieces you use a lot, but 10 that you don’t because they’re not so helpful. I was a new spa owner when I got this, so it fit my needs, but if I could do it again I’d just buy some test strips, pH reducer and bromine/shock. I haven’t opened about 5-6 of the bottles, and run out of the shock and bromine tabs quickly.

Just put in an inflatable spa and didn't' want to use chlorine so I chose Bromine because I didn't want the heavy chlorine smell and irritation to my skin. So far this is working well and I have used several of these chemicals getting my Spa water to correct levels. Pretty easy to use and everything I needed to get my water levels correct. I haven't use other brands so I have known idea how it compares to others but so far I like this brand and the starter kit was reasonably priced and delivered quickly. I would recommend this starter kit to other who don't want the chlorine smell or have sensitive skin like me. I have been in my Spa several times and didn't rinse after and have been fine with no skin irritations. That's Great
