First off for the rare few that own a Datsun 240/280z LS Swap with CX Racing Headers, this starter WILL clear. You have to route your wiring in-between the block and start and had to clock it a hair to get it to clear the CP Sensor tight fit but will work. [See pictures] Car starts on the first turn now, where as before it would act like a had a dying battery. Awesome & powerful Starter! worth EVERY bean. ... show more

I would highly recommend the starter with different header options on LS swap applications. I have never had a starter for a swap fits so well and be able to have endless articulation.     • Too bulky. Made in the USA - YEA!
2011 Chevy Caprice, LS2. Engine was rebuilt with a little higher compression making the stock starter struggle. This unit by powermaster would have solved my problem, but because of the unit's size, the starter would just not clear all of the necessary obstacles, even with the adjustable clocking. A 1/4 of an inch would have made the difference. Shame, I had to send it back. ... show more
