Only gave 4 stars because heater does not actually ever get to 104 degrees, the hottest it’s ever been was 98 degrees even with the outside temperature being 91 degrees. Had to purchase separate heater and tub to place heater in to be able to get it hot enough. Other than that, It is wonderful to come home and soak in after work or the gym.

I purchased this inflatable hot tub in July of this year, and at first it seemed like a decent buy. It only heats up to 104 degrees, which I knew going in, but it was still enjoyable for the first few months. Unfortunately, the problems started recently. The tub began making loud, concerning noises and suddenly stopped heating properly. The control panel will say it’s at 104 degrees, but the water is noticeably cooler. Then it will randomly drop to 95 degrees and jump back up to 104, even though the temperature never actually changes. It’s been incredibly frustrating and makes the hot tub unusable. I’ve contacted the seller and am currently waiting for a positive resolution. I’m hoping they stand by their product, because right now, this has been a disappointing experience for something that should have lasted much longer.
