It's securely placed at the bottom of the package underneath the main bike frame and the foam protection. To avoid miss, please unpack all the foam blocks and check the bottom layer of the packaging carefully before discarding any materials. The LEFT or RIGHT pedal became loose and fell off after a few uses, and now I can't screw it back on. What happened? This is a common issue we want to help you avoid. The pedals are marked "L" for Left and "R" for Right, and they have different threading directions: The LEFT pedal tightens by turning COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ("lefty-tighty").The Right is righty-tighty. What are the issues I need to pay attention to installing the pedals? Forcing the left pedal clockwise can damage the threads permanently. Before installing, hand-tighten first to ensure it's threading correctly. Use the provided wrench to tighten them firmly. For a visual guide, please refer to our installation video. I've been riding this bike for 1/2 hour each day for the last two months, and can confidently say it's an excellent bike. It's easy to assemble -- just follow the clear video instructions. Screws/bolts are already in place. It's designed and built well -- solid, comfortable, user-friendly, quiet and doesn't take up much space. It folds and fits into a relatively small area if you need to tuck it away. It adjusts to multiple heights and incline positions, accommodating all family members. The hand and leg exercise pulleys are frosting on the cake. Personally, I really appreciate this feature. The easy to use multi functional display, shows your time, speed, distance, pulse and calories burned. For all these reasons, this is an excellent bike. However, there is another important reason -- the Company backs their product and timely responds to questions/concerns. They are there for their customers, and you can count on them. ... show more

The seat is extremely SMALL...10". It says the weight limit is 300. I don't know anyone who would fit on that seat let alone someone who is larger. Also the rails around the sides of the seat cut into your bottom. Extremely uncomfortable. It is pretty sturdy though. It is very quiet while pedaling. It was pretty easy to put together. I like the size of the bike and that I can move it. It doesn't take up a lot of room. The monitor and features are nice. All and all I give it 4 stars. If it had a wider seat, I would give it 5 stars. All the pieces were included too. ... show more

The quality of this bike is pretty amazing for the price. My son put it together for me using some tools we already in the house within 2 hours (he could have done it quicker but was disgracted by tv.) You adjust to your height, get on and peddle. There is no noise! I tried mine watching television and was very comfortable. The movements are fluid and the seat felt cushiony and fine. I did a light 30 minute workout, using the arm attachments and felt tension which let me know my muscles were being worked. The bike takes up very little room, folds easily and is easy to transport from room to room. I only purchased a mat to protect my hardwood floor. In short this bike us a great work out value for a cheap price! ... show more

I previously had to stop using my stationary bike as it was too hard on my knees. This bike is wonderful.. I can sit high enough that my legs don't bend too much, protecting my knees. The ability to increase the resistance will come in handy as I rebuild my strength (cancer battle). The assembly was incredibly confusion free, in comparison to other assemblies. Most bolts were alrdy in place, so don't let the list of parts and bolts scare you! I love being able to fold and move the bike to a more convenient storage area. Not too large at all. The only trouble I have had with the bike is that it tried to take me out a couple times during the opening and folding procedures 😆..not to worry..I am getting the hang of it!     • Not Enough Resistance For Me
I didn't find the resistance to be strong enough to really get a workout. I'm over 50 but I biked heavily until about 2 years ago so maybe I'm not the best to judge. It is well made and was comfortable. I did get a bit of a rubbing noise during harder workouts but that didn't seem to affect anything. I think the price point is decent, if it gives you the workout you're looking for. Loved the ability to be able to fold it up and put it in the corner when not in use. Ultimately, if you're a biker or have good leg strength, you'll most likely be better off with something that offers greater resistance. ... show more
