Mine arrived dented but virtually impossible to return once you start unpacking this thing. Not happy about paying full price for a dinged up product but it does not interfere with the unit's operation so trying to deal. Directions are mostly unclear and I ended up with a lot of leftover parts. Puts out good heat. The black is not matte black but has a semi gloss finish to it. It has never worked right since we got it. Have replaced numerous components and it still won't light or if we finally get it to light won't stay lit. Not worth the money.
