Bought this to trim some trees around my house. The chain blade is sharp and it performs well. The chain did pop of a few times but that was due to me not letting the saw come up to full power (taken only a few seconds) before touching the branch to be cut. Lesson learned. When fully extended it is a little top heavy but still manageable. The only thing that I don't like about it is oiling the chain. This is not automic and you have to physically push the button to oil the chain. This is a hassle when the pole is fully extended and you have to cut several branches an have to stop what you are doing to oil the chain. What I love about it that the chainsaw detaches from the pole and makes it easy to cut up the branches into small pieces. The battery lasted me a about 3 hours of on and off use and charged fully in about 30 minutes. Overall, I like it and hope it lasts a long time.

I've been looking at buying a pole saw for a while, but never wanted to spend the money to get a name brand one. I saw this one and it looked really good, the reviews were good and the price was right. I decided to get it, and I'm so happy I did. It is super easy to use. The quality of everything is pretty nice. It cuts through branches like butter. Seriously. I was cutting overhead branches 2" in diameter with no issue. and once you get the branches on the ground, you can take the saw off and use it as a hand held chainsaw to cut them into smaller pieces. The battery charges pretty fast and lasts a while. I used it to cut like 20-30 branches and it was still going strong. I never had to stop and charge it. Being that it is off brand I do worry about being able to get replacement parts such as batteries and customer service. Other than my own worries, this thing has been great. I really love it.

I dont review many items but this was a pretty good saw. I honestly thought it was a dewalt . Assumed it was from its coloration.. my bad . Saw worked well. Until yesterday it was in my truck and 15degs F Very cold I put battery onto saw started working with it and it stopped the battery fell off . Put battery back on fell off again in short while. I looked it over the outside tangs or slots the battery slides into both sides had split or cracked. I had to finish so I used some super glue and dusted with baking soda battery is holding now. But battery was always a little stiff to get in and out of saw . Id suggest keep plastic warm before putting battery onto saw.

Do not buy… I purchased this the first time the oiler did not work the chain and bar got really hot even as I manually oiled it. So returned it got a new one. The oiler barely worked but did enough. But the second ones motor broke turns the chain until I go to cut the motor goes but the chain doesn’t. Tried everything sharpening cleaning, new chain,made sure the inside was clean etc. nothing. I’m passed the return window so I’m stuck with junk. It did work good the few hours it worked ( maybe 4 hrs total) Do not buy use the money to buy a mini gas saw!it did

This pole saw/hand chain saw worked much better than I expected. I found it very easy to set-up, light weight and very good at cutting everything I needed to do. As a 63 year old female, without much upper arm strength, I was worried if I could use it. I was able to cut down a 15ft tree and trim many other tree's limbs that were much to high to reach without the pole (and I do NOT do ladders) 😂 The saw cut through the wood like it was cutting butter and all on 1 charge! You do need to keep note of the chain oil and keeping it tight. I did not at first and the chain eventually came off. However, that allowed me to learn how to clean it and reapply the chain - quite simple. Now I press the oil button often and have not had any issue since. The only issue, which is minor, is there is not instruction on how to use the included shoulder strap - I just cannot figure that out. I highly recommend this saw/chain saw combination!

This pole chainsaw exceeded my expectations!! We have about a 5 acre property and many tree limbs needed to be limbed back. This tool handled the job NO problem. The 8 inch bar is the perfect size for my needs. And when I did develop an issue with a part on the saw Customer Service was OUTSTANDING! I would give them 10 stars for that if I could.
