The media could not be loaded. The 11.8-inch hybrid nonstick pan has been my go-to pan for almost every meal since I got it. This pan was made with both usefulness and performance in mind, in my opinion. The surface lets food cook evenly without sticking, which has made a big difference in how my food turns out. I have utilized it for frying eggs and stir-frying vegetables, chicken, and even salmon in a pan, and each time the outcomes have been excellent. The food cooks evenly, gets brown all over, and is easy to take out when it's done. I've also been impressed by how easy it is to clean. I just rinse with warm water and a soft sponge after cooking foods that leave a sticky residue. Cleanup is easier and faster than with other pans because you don't have to scrub or soak them. I also put it in the dishwasher a few times to see how well it held up. It came out clean and ready to use again. I used it on gas and induction, and it heated up quickly and evenly on both. It kept the temperature stable, which made it easier for me to control the heat when I was cooking delicate foods. The lid that comes with it is also a fantastic feature. When I want to keep steam in for sautéing vegetables or simmering sauces, I use it a lot. The lid fits perfectly, which lets the food cook evenly and with control. The clear lid is also very useful because I can easily check the food without opening it and letting the heat out. The pan held up well after I used it a lot. The cooking surface still works as well as it did when I first used it, and there are no signs of wear or discoloration. This non-stick pan has done better than I thought it would.
