I really like how this makes cleaning my house so much easier. Vacuuming and mopping all in one saves me time and is easy on my back. It does leave 3/4 inch edge where it can’t clean all the way to the wall, though. The downside is longevity. We have a golden retriever and hair gets stuck in a part of the roller that isn’t meant to be taken apart-this really slows the machine down. I did eventually figure out how to get the hair out of that piece but it’s always a challenge to get the little connector off and then back on. The machine still doesn’t work quite as well as it did at first and the battery seems to be running out sooner and sooner. I can still get the floor done, though. I have needed to get a couple parts replaced. The good news is when I call for parts or service, a human being who speaks normal English answers the phone in 2 rings! No automated menu! And she is always helpful and sends the right part! It’s amazing to get service like-I’ve called them twice-months apart- and it was wonderful both times.     • Beware that roller brush “self cleaning” isn’t all that.

The unit is easy to use. It talks to you for guidance. Here’s the problem with the unit we bought. The roller bar stinks after it gets wet- no matter what we have tried to eliminate it First, we let the bar “self clean” and dry on the home stand. Then, I removed the roller bar, rinsed it out, reinstalled it and allowed it to dry inside the bottom piece. When the machine was needed again and the roller bar gets wet, the smell is really awful. So we removed the bar, cleaned all tubes and hoses and soaked the roller bar in antibacterial solution/cleaner. We air dried the roller bar completely, stored it outside the machine until next use. The smell was just as bad as though we didn’t do anything to eliminate the smelly odor. The other thing to note is that the video shows the woman emptying the half full catch tank. We have never had that much liquid in the catch tank. Could there be something wrong with the suction of our machine? I can fill the clean water solution tank twice and empty about a third cup of dirty collection solution after use. We wanted this $346 machine to work- but just disappointed. We’re out side the 30 day return window and waiting to hear back on what can be done. ... show more

The vacuum worked pretty well. The first few weeks it started having problems with dog hair. If you have a dog that sheds I would not get this vacuum cleaner. After removing and cleaning the roller, I just used it on hardwoods for about two months and then the water tank broke. All told it lasted about six months maybe. I loved this vacuum when we first got it. However, I no longer feel like it works well. The mop end also smells horrible. I've tried soaking and cleaning it in every possible way, but the smell wont go away. It also does not click in well to stand up on its own. I've dropped it a few times thinking it clicked in place when it didn't. This has caused the top "clean water" container to crack. Just not very durable. Save your money. ... show more

With kids and 2 cats at home, floor cleaning is always a big headache for me Yu before I got this cordless wet&dry vacuum cleaner. I have bought many kinds & brands of vacuums and electrical mopping machines at home. Every time I need to use Dyson V6 to vacuum the floor first (too many debris and cat hair), then use Karcher electrical mopping to wet mop the floor (can only mop half of my house due to limited battery power). It’s a lot of efforts and make me very tired each time. Now with this ILife wet&dry vacuum cleaner, I can do the floor deep cleaning in just one shot, a huge life saver for me. Three features I like the most: 1: great functionality. Vacuum and wet mopping combined and work together seamlessly. 2: powerful battery. With one charge I can clean the whole house (vs. I need to charge my existing Karcher mopping twice to clean the whole house) 3: self cleaning. Update on the review: Definitely product was great in the original run now I’m at 5 months and it’s barely doing any cleaning. It barely sucks up anything and for sure does not clean very well. Great item for short run but long term not worth it in my opinion.

I use this for our ceramic tile floors. I use Bona hard surface cleaner and the tile shines. After 11 months, it stopped dispensing water. I contacted the company. They sent paid UPS label, checked vacuum and replaced the machine. I’m very pleased.

The device never worked well. Always had to go back after mopping to clean scuffs by hand. Doesn’t clean edges of the floor well either. Barely used six times in in four months and now the battery refuses to recharge. Big hassle trying to get it serviced.
