Two words: Game changer. The thing I never knew I needed I now can’t imagine living without. With two cats and two kids, I had given up on having clean floors every day. But now, the floor passes the bare foot test and I haven’t seen a single cat tumbleweed since I’ve gotten it. Gets under and around all the things. Great suction, battery life has been fantastic as I take it to multiple levels of the house (and it hasn’t fallen off any edges!), and the mop feature is another great bonus in my life. And I like that it has the option of using an app or a remote. Easy to clean out (and to save tiny legos). Has also worked on low-pile/mat-style rugs around my house. TL:DR - So great I want another for the other level of my house.

Ended up sending this back. It i will get stuck everywhere and will just randomly go in the same area every time you turn it on. Wish it worked because it was affordable.

Don't usually write reviews but I feel like there's a couple things people should know for these little guys. First off, I wasn't sure it would clean carpets but even though it doesn't have a roller brush, it still suctioned off a fair amount of dirt and what have you from the two 5 x 7 area rugs I have in the apartment. I've only tried the S-curve vacuum for the whole place and I actually really like how it goes around all my desk/table legs to get all the nooks and crannies. It got stuck a few times, but it's a learning experience so I know how to leave a couple things when I leave for the day and want it to get it's work it done without worrying about it. Getting back to the recharging station has been hit or miss, but I *was* in the middle of a pretty deep cleaning myself so the position of a couple things kept moving all day. I'm not sure if it remembers the scans of the apartment for future use. When I first started it, I went through the options in the app and saw that it starts out on 1% suction power, so if yours isn't as strong as you'd like, make sure to check the app to see what it's at. The mopping feature is where this thing is mid. It's not bad by any means, just a couple things that keep it from being something I can let it do on it's own. For starters, make sure you have any rugs or rooms with rugs barricaded. I didn't think it would be able to be able to distinguish whether or not it's on carpet or not when the mop feature is running, but wanted to give it a shot just in case. And yeah, no go. As for the mopping itself, I put it on auto mode for that part and let it go to work and was pretty pleased with how it handled everything. They say not to put any cleaner in the tank, but I don't want this thing just spraying water around and that's it. Sounds gross. So two tips that I found on Reddit really helped: - Take the pad off, and dip it in whatever you use to clean floors/water (I use Pine Sol) and then put it back on. - Spray some sanitizing spray on the floor before the V3s starts the mopping process. That way when it sprays the water on the floor it'll mix with the Pine Sol/water mix. One of the fun little aspects of the app is that it shows you the scan your vacuum is currently making while going, and it makes your place look like a Zelda dungeon map. I just wish there was a way to select which parts of the map to avoid during mopping so I could keep my carpets dry, but as far as I can tell there's no, like, constantly updated core scan that you can access. It just shows you the scan of the current session. There might be some feature like that I'm just not seeing but I doubt it, still, for the price, I'm pretty content. I just won't use the mop function unless I'm home so I can direct it.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome little and practical machine. Of course a broom and a mop would do the same thing, yet, it feels nice to rearrange the house to accommodate how it travels. It was very easy to set up, charged within the hour of opening package. Connects well to the phone application, remote control works very well. It did pickup a lot of dirt. Great robot vacuum. Online account was very easy to set up and extended the warranty. 1st day and I was pleased.

Ordered this to complement my earlier A9 model which is working well even after 3 years of daily use. Looks to do the job decently well even though the provided documentation is quite skinny and very basic on device information. Remote is virtually useless as it doesn’t have any status indicator on it. They’ve provided some dust bags with it and it’s not clear if this is to be used instead of the dust bin or along with it. What is the purpose of both options? It also says not to use mopping with carpets while it is not clear if i can disable mopping option while on carpet/rug. Are we supposed to take out the water tank each time it’s goes on a rug?! My house has both hardwood and carpet area and it’s hard to remove the tank just for the carpet area. I also notice that there is no battery level indicator anywhere on the device or remote. Old device announces if battery level is low. Nothing heard on this one. Have to check app for that. Quite a retrograde compared to the 3 year old model.

My goal was to find a robot that was smart enough to clean the areas that need more attention, at the same time powerful, but didn't cost my arms and legs. It was nice to find this one where I could get what I was looking for, plus a powerful suction and an app that allowed me to schedule and check the area that was cleaned. There is a lot of storage in it and it finds the base very quickly. My previous robot was not able to clean my floors as well as this one. Haven't tried the mop, as we prefer to do it ourselves, but will try one day. At the end of the day, you get way more for what you pay. Very happy with this and will get my mom the same.

Absolute waste. Pushes itself under furniture instead of bumping off. I’m constantly pulling it out from under my couch which is the only place it wants to go since it only covers the same small area repeatedly.

This robo vac is constantly beeping at me. It's stuck on the edge of the stairs. It's stuck going over the heating vent. It runs out of battery too quickly. It doesn't pick up well. I had another robo vac that didn't have the issues this one did... So I know it's not my home set up, but the product itself.
