This machine works very well. I was very happy with the quality of the machine. I like that it does hot cold and room temperature water and comes with the option to use a 3 gallon or 5 gallon bottle. The trace snaps out for easy cleaning and it also tells you when the bottle is out of water. It’s very quiet when cooling off the water reservoir and hot water is a good temperature for tea. This is the biggest waste of time and money. The unit was step 100% correctly the back drain plug fully closed. We used it for less than 8 hours and it started leaking from the top. By the end of the day for some reason the entire top around the bottle was wet the drip pan was completely full and the floor was covered in water. When we took the bottle off to drain it and see what was wrong the drain plug was fully closed and now we cannot close it to get it to stop dripping. So it is inoperable now completely. We checked the bottle and there are no cracks in it. There was no water coming out of the bottle and the manufacturer packaged it without a box so if I want to return it I have to buy a box. Meanwhile it is absolutely unusable because after draining it the plug will not close tight enough to be water tight…. I will be buying a more expensive machine and using that packaging material to return this piece of crap. It’s too bad too because everyone in the office really like it til we found a gallon of water on the floor. ... show more

I always wanted one of these! Moving to a home with a well, I purchased this because of the brand name and price. I have noticed that it shows that it will dispense cold water but it does not. I do not use hot water so I am unsure of this function. The machine itself is not overly heavy without the water jug inside. The water dispenses quickly so it doesn’t take a long time to fill up my 40oz cup. It is easy to use for the most part and is a dark color matching the kitchen. The water keeps its quality and we have not had any real problems with it functioning correctly. It does beep loudly and for a minute when the jug inside is empty. ... show more

I bought this item in March 2025. I just got it open and set up June 26, 2025. It's not working. Contacted customer support. The compressor/motor isn't working at all. I contacted Customer Service. I was told that the warranty is only for 12 months and if I want a warranty, I can buy a new one and they will give me 30% off and get a 1-year warranty. I don't know about you but March 2025 to June 2025 isn't 12 months. I want my money back - I will never buy another Igloo product, and I am going on Facebook with the conversation that I had with their customer service company. I want my money back Amazon! You are selling this on your platform. It NEVER worked. I bought this product because it was an Igloo - trusted name - NOT ANY MORE! UPDATE: The Customer Service Rep contacted me and said there was an error thinking I bought the unit in 2024. They are replacing the unit that's not working.
