This machine works very well. I was very happy with the quality of the machine. I like that it does hot cold and room temperature water and comes with the option to use a 3 gallon or 5 gallon bottle. The trace snaps out for easy cleaning and it also tells you when the bottle is out of water. It’s very quiet when cooling off the water reservoir and hot water is a good temperature for tea. I do wish that it would’ve come with some kind of holder for water cups, but other than that great item. ... show more

    • Do not waste your time or money!

This is the biggest waste of time and money. The unit was step 100% correctly the back drain plug fully closed. We used it for less than 8 hours and it started leaking from the top. By the end of the day for some reason the entire top around the bottle was wet the drip pan was completely full and the floor was covered in water. When we took the bottle off to drain it and see what was wrong the drain plug was fully closed and now we cannot close it to get it to stop dripping. So it is inoperable now completely. We checked the bottle and there are no cracks in it. There was no water coming out of the bottle and the manufacturer packaged it without a box so if I want to return it I have to buy a box. Meanwhile it is absolutely unusable because after draining it the plug will not close tight enough to be water tight…. I will be buying a more expensive machine and using that packaging material to return this piece of crap. It’s too bad too because everyone in the office really like it til we found a gallon of water on the floor. ... show more

Our top loader finally gave out after 10 years, and knew I didn’t have the strength to lift a 5 gal. water bottle 5’ off the ground any more. I wasn’t sure how I’d like a bottom-loading unit, but it’s really been okay. The taps are on top, out of the reach of our toddler grandchildren’s little hands. The profile is much smaller, it doesn’t block our light switches and the risk of tipping is greatly reduced. It offers room temp water, which my husband prefers, but the cold isn’t as icy as my last unit. Towards the end of the jug, the water won’t cool at all…I assume because it’s being held in the tubing. It’s a totally quiet unit, and really easy to set up, but more labor-intensive to load/unload than my top loader was. ... show more

Absolute CRAP! Two different units in two weeks, both returned! Give this unit a WIDE birth! The first one, no water at all. Screwed around with the exchange process and an open box, damaged box issues. The second one no cold water. DONE with Igloo water dispensers!
