Works good so far, three separate spots for cool, room temp., hot dispenses with a push of a button on top of the unit, the manual states hot will reach a temperature of 200 fahrenheit, reading with a probe into a glass I was only able to reach a reading of 178 fahrenheit. Loading is easy, you place a stainless tube into a 5 or 3 gallon bottle of water, it comes with a shorter tube for the 3 gallon, then you push down and the end cap snaps on, slide the bottle into the unit and close the door, works great so far. I will update with any changes noticed.

The water cooler arrived in a previously-opened box back in November, I should have complained immediately, but didn't. (Did I receive a repaired unit?) After a few weeks of normal operation and admittedly pleasing aesthetic looks, I thew the box and packing materials away, limited space an all. Today the compressor quit working. The unit -- when operational -- is also very loud when refilling. We made sure is was absolutely level and no improvement. Long story short, I asked for refund and was offered a full but pending refund, but I would have to ship the product back, (no time), I would also have to rebox with my own materials, (no interest), or pay $$ for pro-packaging, (heck no), so I asked for a half refund which was declined. $50 credit. So beware and keep your box and packing materials!

This is an attractive, bottom load water cooler. Easy installation. Right out the box you plug in flip switch on back of machine and the hot water is ready immediately. The cold water is at its coldest after a couple of hours

Our top loader finally gave out after 10 years, and knew I didn’t have the strength to lift a 5 gal. water bottle 5’ off the ground any more. I wasn’t sure how I’d like a bottom-loading unit, but it’s really been okay. The taps are on top, out of the reach of our toddler grandchildren’s little hands. The profile is much smaller, it doesn’t block our light switches and the risk of tipping is greatly reduced. It offers room temp water, which my husband prefers, but the cold isn’t as icy as my last unit. Towards the end of the jug, the water won’t cool at all…I assume because it’s being held in the tubing. It’s a totally quiet unit, and really easy to set up, but more labor-intensive to load/unload than my top loader was.

I love the fact that I don’t have to lift huge water jugs and flip them over to place on top. This is so easy to hook up. Just open the bottom door and put the water jug inside and attach the top with rod. It is quiet too. It will make a weird sound when it’s time to change the water and the sound goes away once the water is changed, but other than that I love it. I also like the white one to go with my white kitchen. I never used the hot water only the cold.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2. One for my office and one for my home. So far, the one at the office is working. It is very loud though when it’s pulling water up from the jug. Much louder than our previous water cooler! The one at my house starting leaking from the top compartment as soon as it started filling up!!!
