App is the worst. I have a 10000 gallon pool. Not big ingrond , It sweeps great. The battery wast about 2.5 hours. So ,I get 2 days at 1 hrs. Then I have to go pick it out of the pool. Then bend over to get it out. The pick handle that comes with it works but slips off the robot easily! The buttons on the robot not good either. It's not a button, it's just place your finger here. I've pressed so hard I thought my thumb would go through it. App is bad ! Press all you want on that too and nothing works. Shows connection, but still doesn't work right. Easy to clean. Battery could be better! Cleans good for 1 hour a day . But I have to manually go do it. Part 2 After posting this " part1 " igarden reached out to me and made everything the best experience for a product I have ever had! Thay offered an upgrade, too which I did not expect. The app works fine. It takes a while to hook up, but give it a little time. It will make a couple of beeps when it starts loading the update .3rd day so far and all is fine. Make sure to update the pool sweeper and seems to be working fine. Hats off to the customer service team. They are great and seem more than happy to help! This is how a well business works. I will recommend this company and product from now on.

We had very high expectations for this pool robot, especially since this is our first home and we were really excited to keep our pool clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. While the robot does clean to some extent, it doesn’t perform as well as we expected. It struggles to pick up smaller debris, which was one of the main reasons we decided to invest in it. We also noticed that it tends to clean mostly around the edges and often leaves the middle of the pool untouched. Another major issue is the app — it simply doesn’t work. We tried multiple times to use it, but it’s not functional, so we’re forced to operate everything directly on the robot, which defeats a big part of the purpose. We were truly excited about this purchase and had high hopes, especially after investing a significant amount of money. It’s disappointing to not see the results we expected, and honestly, it’s been frustrating. We’re hoping the company can take this feedback seriously and help make this situation right.

I really want to love this pool cleaner more. But if you're expecting Roomba style setup and management, move on to the next vacuum. Out of the box, this is a sleek machine that promises to tackle the hardest jobs. It will clean the walls, waterline, and floor depending on your settings. The suction is strong clearing small debris piles with no issue. That said, the wall cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The vacuum bounces around and spends a good amount of time trying to find an optimal pattern. Even when left on floor mode, the vacuum has trouble navigating and struggles to tell the wall from the flat bottom. Where the unit really lacks is the app. Connectively is sporadic at best and frequent restarts are needed to synch the latest settings. Not to mention, the app has my location set to Hong Kong and it cannot be changed. Overall, I think its sleek and stylish; and it cleans the floor well. But it's performance for wall and waterline cleaning and app integration leave a lot to be desired.

Upgrading from my old corded cleaner to this cordless one is a total game-changer! I used to spend forever untangling that messy cord after every use, now I just grab it and go. Charges quickly, cleans powerfully, and I run it daily to pick up fine sand and leaves from the bottom. The filter mesh is so fine, and it does need to be rinsed often, but my water quality has never been better. Worth every penny!

Definitely great at picking up debris, but with my rounded edge pool it can't really differentiate the wall from the floor. It climbs up the wall, pops out of the water then falls back down to floor and just sits there until I reactivate it. Seems pretty durable but i have only used it about 5 times. It disconnects from the app once you put it in the water. Batter life seems as advertised so far. Edit: Someone reached put to me after i posted this review and stated I needed to update the software in the vacuum, which was super easy in the iGarden app. So far it seems luke the update has alleviate the above issues and the vacuum is working great! I originally left a 3 star review. Will now switch it to 5 star.
