If you’re worried about size, don’t be. I’m a big boy and I fit in this comfortably. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to warm up and get decent steam going but it works well. I work 24 hour shifts and when I come home, and the house is empty, I find myself, taking a steam shower in this and feel rather good the rest of the day there’s a lot of new information about the benefits of steam saunas. Let me start this off by saying I used to have a portable sauna, and when that one failed on me, I was worried I might have issues finding another one. Now, to make matters worse, when I did initially order this one in particular, I wasn't sure what I was going to get, and on top of that, there were some delivery issues (not the seller's fault by any means, it was with the USPS facility) that made me very worried about exactly what I was in for. Now, with that in mind, I was already worried that I had just wasted my money and that everything was going to go downhill from there, however, when I mentioned the delivery error to iDOTODO's customer service, they were immediately helpful in assisting me with getting another sent over immediately, and to start off, that shipping mishap was fixed impeccably fast. Big kudos to the staff that had assisted me with getting my sauna quickly. Next, more on the focus of the item, it was an exceptionally easy to build device, and honestly, drastically better than the previous one I had purchased for an even higher price. It was easy to put together, the heat is perfect and relaxing, and if I could mark their score above what it has, I certainly would. This sauna took me less than 15 minutes to assemble. It is amazing! Although, some things could use some work. It would be great if the sauna were at least half a foot or a foot wider on the inside. Also, the black heat pads are a little flimsy and bend out and touch the person sitting in the sauna. Other than those minor details, the product worked and performed well! ... show more

I was a little skeptical about this but it was only 180 bucks so I took my chances. I was super sore from the gym and so I tried it out for 30 minutes and got out and felt great. We’ll see what happens in the future, but it worked awesome, and served its purpose

I waited to use the tent to give a review. I love it. The steam is heavy and you will get "wet". The temp will get up to and over 110 based on where the tent is placed. I put mine in the garage with a concrete floor and have had not issues with leaking after 20 uses. I love the heat and can spend around 15 - 20 mins while performing some standing exercises in the tent. I am 5'3. Someone taller would have to sit but I can stand the entire time. If you fill the steamer up to the fill line it will take around 15 mins - 20 mins to steam and warm the tent. Great purchase and worth the money for the use of detox and stretching in 100 degrees. ... show more

I have had it a little less than a week and used it a few times. I love it! Better sleep, less joint pain, calming, more energy throughout the day. I can’t say enough good things. The only negative I have is that the temp has never reached 140, the highest was 129 and that was after 21 minutes of it heating up while i was doing something else in the house. The temp fluctuates between 111-120 when I'm sitting in it. I think one of the panels doesn’t get as hot as the other two. This is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. All in all, I still love it and feel better than I have in a long time. If you’re thinking about a sauna, start with this. It’s a great inexpensive way to see if you’ll enjoy it…and you will enjoy it . Update- After two weeks of having this I had to remove a star. The temp still has not reached 140 and has not reached 120 since the first day. it now fluctuates between 107-111. ... show more

The directions were a joke. Thank goodness I'm good at looking at the photo and figuring it out for myself. The panels don't cover the whole side like shown in the instruction book, so be aware of that...I took a picture showing the spacing on each side of each panel. Directions have you place the outer cover first but I feel like it would be easier attaching the panels first so you can get easy access to the back side velcro attachments. You however need to make sure the cord attachments for each panel lines up with the cords on the outer covering. Set up was fast and easy once I figured out what attachments went where. I plugged it in and turned it on and it heated up FAST! I can't wait to use it. My friend had one and I loved it so much I bought one for myself! ... show more

The tent came with 5 holes that I patched myself. The packaging seemed like its been sitting somewhere for a long time. Once I patched a setup the tent and crock pot it works great. Very very hot steam which I was looking for.
