I use this product for health/bath; it’s extremely cheap for how effective it is. Easy to assemble, easy to clean; excellent heat. If I was bigger, I’m a size medium, I would have had to struggle a little, but it would still work, it would just be a little less comfortable.

We are pleasantly surprised! This sauna is amazing! We heat it up for 10 min . We had to lift sensor up to raise the temp. We put Himalayan salt in the sauna. It is a nice touch! We go in for about a half hour which is plenty. Best purchase of the year.! Highly recommend this item. The instructions aren’t that great, but if you take your time and look at the things you’ll be able to put it together. The chair is very comfortable. That comes with it.! Amazing item ... show more

This sauna took me less than 15 minutes to assemble. It is amazing! Although, some things could use some work. It would be great if the sauna were at least half a foot or a foot wider on the inside. 2nd one I have bought in this style. My other one had a heater on the floor, this ones they are in the walls. I am 5’3” and to fit right in neck hole my knees are touching the front. It gets to 140 degrees which is good enough to get a good sweat. Be sure to eat and drink a lot of water before you get in. When time is up I wipe it down with damp microfiber towel and Odoban. I like how easy it is to use very simple to understand and works very well. I got a good sweat going in a matter of minutes I just don't like not being able to just store it somewhere after use. It's more of a hassle to get the tent back into the bag and put it all away. So I just made sure I gave the sauna it's own area in my home. Let me start this off by saying I used to have a portable sauna, and when that one failed on me, I was worried I might have issues finding another one. Now, to make matters worse, when I did initially order this one in particular, I wasn't sure what I was going to get, and on top of that, there were some delivery issues (not the seller's fault by any means, it was with the USPS facility) that made me very worried about exactly what I was in for. Now, with that in mind, I was already worried that I had just wasted my money and that everything was going to go downhill from there, however, when I mentioned the delivery error to iDOTODO's customer service, they were immediately helpful in assisting me with getting another sent over immediately, and to start off, that shipping mishap was fixed impeccably fast. Big kudos to the staff that had assisted me with getting my sauna quickly. Next, more on the focus of the item, it was an exceptionally easy to build device, and honestly, drastically better than the previous one I had purchased for an even higher price. It was easy to put together, the heat is perfect and relaxing, and if I could mark their score above what it has, I certainly would.
