Honestly, this Sitz bath deserves 5 stars, but the instructions are incomplete. To the company - please fix that. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what the parts are for. Finally, I looked at the pictures on the listing. Only half of those were in the booklet that came with it. Ok so having had my rant. This is a good product. I was wondering why the water tub was so oddly shaped. It is because if they had you sit on a very full tub, the water would overflow. The way it is designed, you need to fill it almost to the top to feel the water, because the bottom is narrow. BUT that is a good thing. This makes the Sitz bath lighter to carry and empty. A very intelligent design. I used it and it was wonderful to have those body parts soak in hot water to relieve my discomfort, without having to fill an entire bathtub numerous times a day. After you use this device, you should make sure to clean it very well after each use. Maybe run it with a few drops of bleach or even vinegar then a good hot water rinse. Let dry completely before you store it. Don’t expect a swirling hot tub guys. Its just a gentle circulation of water. I like that you can add medication or whatever you need to the water without waste. You will need a large pitcher set apart for this use.

It's a complete kit, better made than another one we tried, super comfortable and it works as promised The instructions are...difficult to understand. It took no time at all to set up once we figured it out though. Hoping that'll change for future customers . It's lightweight, durable and comfortable. For the purpose of seeing if this might the right size for you and if it'll be comfortable, my wife is 5'9 and 125 lbs

It is easy to fold and clean. It fits perfectly on my toilet. The bubbles are generated automatically at the right pressure. The manual tool for generating bubbles manually also works great. The package also includes a towel, seat cushion, 2 hooks, and a spare spraying nozzle. The towel is soft and absorb. However, the seat cushion is a bit small and thin, which could be improved.
