Very good water cooler and ice maker all in one.

Works very good, the water is very cold if you use the cooling function. Easy to use, plug in and then press the cooling or hot water button. Takes about 20 minutes for the water to get cold when first using it. It's pretty quiet when it is cooling. Have not used the hot water function yet so can't say how that is. The ice maker is very fast, about 6 minutes per round. If you want want to make ice or you had it making ice but have enough you can press the button to turn the ice maker on and off. It seems small but I think that's good because it's really not taking up a lot of space.

I like it the only thing is that my ice melts all the time which suck because I would love to have ice all the time😭 This product does not work I have problems and I don't know who can help me please I spent around 300$ dollars on this and does not work all the water where the ice goes needs HELP PLEASE

Works great and takes up little space! The ice feature is amazing!
The setup takes a little bit of time and you must read the instructions to do it, but easy to follow! I love that it makes ice! The ice is amazing chewing ice. The cold water comes out cold. Haven’t tried the hot water, I do like that it has a safety lock on it so kids don’t use it and get burned. It does make noise all day but it’s like white noise, not horribly noticeable. When it makes ice it does get a little louder because you hear it drop the ice into the compartment, but I haven’t woken up from it at all & my bedroom is right by the kitchen. Highly recommend!!

Nice unit. A few things to know…

I’m happy with it. However, it has its issues. I’m going to make it work. PROS It chills water nicely and dispenses well. Proper Ice cubes are made rather quickly and it always has ice ready. When sitting for long periods it is silent and it is good looking. Easy to install and remove 5 gallon bottles. It’s just low enough. Good control panel. Easy to read and understand. Its light panel LED also reminds you when the water bottle is low. In the dark, that is a surprising feature I like (helps plan jobs). My wife uses the warm (hot) water instead of the cold, because she does not like chilled water. Push button water release, and Push button water off. It is not a manual water valve like you are used to. CONS (1) The area beneath the water dispenser is tiny. A normal size glass or plastic tea bottle will not fit. Only a coffee mug will fit properly. I always must hold the glass at an angle as it fills, no matter what. If you remove the plastic water catchment base completely a normal size glass will fit well, but you must hold it in place. Not a deal killer, but please know that! To go 100% hands free, I might remove the catchment base permanently and make my own thin DIY plastic base and water catchment. I always wanted a 3D Printer… (2) When chilling water, or making ice, it makes noticeable noises. I expect the ice maker to be noisy on occasion. Thankfully, most of the time the unit is silent. (3) The hot & cold water dispenser nozzle is hidden up under the control panel. The first time I used it my glass was out of alignment and it spilled. A guest in your home using it for the first time may have trouble too. I might put an arrow shaped sticker just above the nozzle to help. (4) My wife says the water heater feature does not get very hot, or else you’ll waste water waiting for hot water. It is NOT Insta-Hot! She uses it to warm up a cold glass of water, not to make coffee or tea. I hope this helps someone.

Works ok, cold water function works, hot water function works, ice maker function works. But I’d say about 10% of the time. The button to get water doesn’t shut off when your cup is full. And water just dumps every where. If it wasn’t for that, it’d be a 5 star rating
