I bought this as a gift for my N laws. They went to Sonic and bought ice most weeks. No more. It produces plenty of ice for the 2 of them and if they know they are having company can bag it up. It's not "noisy" but you can hear it if near by. I'd say like a fridge o4 low noise microwave running. They are very happy with it. No complaints.

Followed the instructions, I've ran it all night, the ice did not melt, it stayed cold. I bought this because my ice maker in the freezer died after 26 years of use. I use the bin in the freezer to put the ice this machine makes. Works Great! Day 2 of this ice machines story. FYI! THERE ARE 12 IN MY HOME USING THIS! IT will run daily. I will update if anything changes.

This things makes ice so fast. But it doesn't keep ice, say....overnight. I mean it does, but much of it is melted and what is left is very wet. I've taken it and put it into my freezer, but because it is so wet, it sticks together quite a bit. But we will keep using and enjoying it.

This is now the #1 used appliance in our household of 7 people. We all use this ice maker EVERY DAY. I've had mine for almost a year now and have recommended to 2 others who are also happy with the purchase. This particular purchase was for a friend. Definitely worth the $90 bucks. I've done regular wiping down on the inside and one thorough deep clean where I used Qtips to clean under the small plastic basket area. Good to go for another 6 months.

I did read some reviews that it was quite. I would not say that, but I have not heard others. But it does make it pretty quickly though. But ideally you would want to put it in the garage, not in the kitchen or somewhere you were hanging out.

It’s small and handy. Makes ice quickly. It is a bit noisy, especially if the water fill chamber is low. Not sure yet if well water will impact performance but so far so good. I wondered how the ice stayed cold on the counter. Turns out ice is constantly being made- melt water goes back into reservoir. A little flap sensor tells it when ice is full. Plan to wipe reservoir out often. We have to frequently add water in a house of 5 adults- every other day. All in all a great appliance since kids have turned freezer ice machine bin into a favored hiding spot for ice cream…
