We purchased this generator because it was on sale, but we did not open the box for about 45 days, which ment we could not return it to Amazon. We opened it and it did not work from day 1. We called the manufacturer and learned that our generator was reported stolen from California. We had no warranty and we were in possession of stolen property. Also, this company was reported to Amazon. Amazon gave us a refund, but we had to jump through a lot of hoops and it took time. Do not buy from this company. They are suspected to be involved in stealing and reselling stolen property, which according to the manufacturer were broken generators to begin with... ... show more

I purchased 2 generators and both arrived in torn up boxes, they were used and already had oil in them. The spark plugs should use, one unit back fired when I attempted to start it, so I replaced the spark plug and got it to run. Both were missing screws and I had to go purchase new screws to assemble it. One unit had a dent as if it was dropped. BEWARE! ... show more

This generator was purchased due to the power and size it offers. It operated very well for the first 6 months as I use this for my food truck. After that began giving small but bothersome issues. After about 8 months it just stopped working. After a few opinions I was told it needed a new pressure valve. The only Place to get it was direct so I tried reaching out. Very unprofessional of the answering of calls and suspect payment methods. I needed the part in 2 days and was willing to pay 48 in shipping for a 34 dollar part. Needless to say they shipped it incorrectly as I received it in 3 days, they emailed me to say they overcharged me 30 in shipping which would be returned (never received it’s been 2 weeks so far) and the part was wrong. Because they force you to pay by zelle there is no recourse so I lost out on a huge job and the 84 I paid for the incorrect part!!! They are absolutely a scam company DO NOT USE THEM. Call once before and you’ll see why. Absolute garbage company and the one person that will occasionally answer the phone is unprofessional and a scam artist. The media could not be loaded. I got this generator in June stop working in December I call and trying to get my warranty work and didn't do nothing they ask me to email photos videos, etc. and never responded back. I have to pay of my package to get it fix. When I received was damaged already and also they didn't do nothing about it. I do not recommend this item from this company. ... show more
