The consistency of the ice cream was perfect. It’s great to not have to mess with salt and ice and ice cream that won’t “set up.” It only makes 2 quarts and then the bowl has to be completely frozen again so you would need to plan days ahead if you need a larger amount. The ice cream needs to be “seasoned” in a separate container in the freezer so making it ahead is a good idea anyway.

Are the best ice cream and it was super easy and fun! Just attached the fitting locked in the bowl added ingredients and the freezing began almost instantly, the bowl has to be in the freezer for 24 hours before use and it takes a bit of space up but if you have room for it to stay there then great

I absolutely love the results this ice cream attachment delivers! Once everything was set up, the process was smooth and effortless, and the ice cream came out creamy and delicious. It's perfect for making frozen yogurt, sorbet, and gelato with endless flavor possibilities. The 2-quart size is great for small gatherings or keeping a stash of homemade treats on hand. However, getting the attachment onto my KitchenAid mixer was a bit tricky and took some time. The setup instructions could be clearer, and I had to experiment to get it properly secured. Once it was on, though, it worked like a dream! If you're a KitchenAid fan and love homemade ice cream, this is still a must-have accessory—just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve during setup.

I purchased my koyoey 2 quart ice cream freezer bowl a week ago and I love it. I have a kitchenaid professional 5 plus lift mixer and it fits and work perfectly. I made two batches of ice cream that came out beautifully delicious. This is a great purchase for your kitchenaid mixer at half the cost.

This after-market accessory for the Kitchen-aide stand mixer for making ice creams fits well and works as you would expect. The bowl is lacking a lid which is a disappointment but overall, that's fine because I can just put my fresh ice cream in a container with a lid... if it lasts that long! I highly recommend this bowl to anyone who wants to make fresh ice cream with their stand mixer but don't feel like shelling out the big bucks for the "official" version.
