Used very little when one of the pads began to separate where it flat pad meets the curved part. It’s not a heavy duty bench but would be good for the average sized person. Disappointed that the pad didn’t last longer than 3 weeks, will probably return and purchase one from a local equipment supplier.

I read all the reviews before I purchased this, I have had the equipment for ~4 months. Some of the other reviewers perhaps did not know how to adjust the devise. Here are my key points: 1) I am 6'3" and about 220lbs. The unit is sturdy and adjusts well for my height 2) The packing material in the box is very minimal, each piece was wrapped in a plastic sleeve - some of the plastic was torn in shipping. That said - I think only 2 pieces had a scuff on the paint job, not a concern for me - but some folks will not like that. 3) one of the flat plate pieces was bent as shown in another review. I assembled it and it tightened down flat with a ratchet wrench. Once set up - it looks good, it works good. The packing was not what we have come to expect in shipping everything arrives perfect - but there was a lot less packing material to through out. If you are looking for a pristine perfect piece of equipment - this might not be for you. For me, it is a part of my basement gym - after I had a laugh about the packing - it assembled just fine and works as I hoped it would.

I use this for my home gym. I really tightened all the bolts very tight with my own tools and it makes it fairly rigid. Not as rigid as an all welded pro gym unit but works for me. Most of the steel on this unit is 1/8" thick with reinforcements at connection joints My PT office that has about 9 PTs working in a big common space has a pro all welded unit but they also have one of these. I weigh 155lb. When doing back extensions I hold a 45lb weight and it seems fine. Your results might be different if your over 200lbs. The adjustment holes are spaced about 1" about to set the incline angle. I wanted an angle in between so drilled out a few holes in between. Worked fine. I fold mine up after every use so the room can be used for primal flow or yoga for my wife. I've timed my self, it takes 30 seconds to either fold up or set up from folded. Make sure to tighten the hinge point very tight, there is enough leverage to still easily line up all the pieced to unfold and fold it but otherwise it will feel a bit wobbly. I'd buy it again.
